Where can I find that girl I once knew of?

She came to me through dreams and melodies

to share with me the secrets of our love.

Her loss fills me with grief, no remedy.

I searched for her on leaves of distant trees.

By the shore, where we used to play all day

Through the tunnel, over the bridge, the breeze.

Made no progress, all I can do is pray.

My search for her, futile, just as Fool’s Gold.

Or she is no longer of this earthly

state. I try desperately, I cannot fold.

Though I lose my patience daily, maybe

in the afterlife, I’m no longer blind,

to those who stop and be still.

Who take me with all my imperfections and dark moments.

I’d sing for them and no one else.

Others will think the moon lovers have gone mad.

But we’d know.

It would be our little secret.

For I hear all the wishes and secrets of the world

and hold them close.

As close as those lovers hold me.

cleansing ritual

- i always start by meditating. cleansing is a vulnerable ritual so you wanna make sure your intentions and mindset are aligned and focused before and during the process.

- i’ll just do some mindful stretches and then focus on the energy that i want to welcome into the home

-for example: i start with bring my awareness to my right ankle, twirling it in the sky. then to my knee and hip, follow the same steps for the other leg. then i stretch my legs and arms as far away from my torso as possible. keeping my breathe in mind and focusing on “welcoming positive and meaningful energies into my space and releasing any and all negative energies and energies that are no longer serving me”

- after some meditation, light the sage (or any offering of your choosing) and start at your front door and move around the space clockwise direction.

- focus on windows, doors, door knobs, MIRRORS, and any other spaces that you’ve felt energy disturbances

- finish the circle back to the front door, open the door and “push” the energy out of the door.

- at this point, cleanse the people living in the home and have someone cleanse you back. extra focus on head, heart, stomach, and any where the person is suffering from.
