It’s funny that I almost didn’t post this bc I didn’t like my stomach in this. But then I realized what example would I be setting if I pretended like I didn’t have rolls when working out? I have fat. And it’s nothing to be ashamed of. I’m working on myself for myself by myself. 💚 self love one step at a time.

You are the true definition of self love and it’s an inspiration! Andddd watching you do these gives me some motivation to use this exercise next time I go to PF. I am very shy/self conscious at the gym so I tend to avoid most of the machines (minus cardio and free weights). I’m going to give this a try this weekend to start. Thank you. :)
