I'm currently going through a bad period health wise I've had multiple hospitalisations and I need to raise money for a wheelchair battery and extra care.

On top of that, I need to replace the battery for my wheelchair, and one of my cats has started vomiting blood. She's insured, but because of the policy excess and her pre-existing health conditions, I still have to pay the excess plus 20% of the remaining vet costs.

I'm currently fundraising to help cover these unexpected expenses.

I also wanted to give something back to everyone who's been supporting me, while creating something comforting that people can enjoy. So I've started a Patreon dedicated to cosy story times. The majority of my story recordings will be completely free for everyone to listen to.

Originally I was going to get help and make the products and raffle them for my gofundme. However I just found out that's illegal in the UK.

Now I'm going to sell the products, with money going straight to the gofundme 🩷

Over the last few months, my health has declined significantly. I was admitted to hospital with an infected gallbladder and later another infection. Since then I've been struggling with constant nausea and vomiting, have lost over 4 stone, and I'm now under the care of the hospital dietitian while trying different medical nutrition supplements.

My mobility has also become much more limited. Social services have assessed me, are arranging adaptations to my home, and have recommended that I use a local home care charity for extra support. Although it's a charity, there is still a weekly charge for the care, and unfortunately it's more than I can afford.

I've started a GoFundMe to help cover six months of home care, a replacement wheelchair battery, and a few essential wheelchair accessories to help me stay as independent as possible.
