Leave people on read until you're ready. Practice daily journaling. Go to museums and bookstores. Practice daily to-do lists. Buy more live flowers. Practice daily stretching. Practice socializing without alcohol. Think highly of yourself. No more negative self-talk. Honor your inner child. Don't avoid mirrors. Be conscious of what you consume. Don't take things personally. Prioritize getting good sleep. Above all else, love yourself.
