guys! the timeline doesn’t diverge at 2016 US presidential election. it diverges in 1936 when the whole Edward VIII abdication/Wallis Simpson scandal happened.

here’s how I know:

 Henry is Mountchristen-Windsor not Mountbatten. which means he has nothing to do with Elizabeth and Philip’s line. which means, in RWRB timeline Elizabeth didn’t become the queen. and the only reason Elizabeth became the queen in the first place was because her uncle abdicated the throne and her father became the king, making her the queen after his death.

so this means, in The Good Timeline™, Edward never abdicated the throne and he married Wallis and they had an heir, Mary, who had a daughter, Catherine, who got a masters degree and married a James Bond actor and had three children, youngest of which is our baby Henry. 

like. yall are trying to portray isaac as some kind of manipulative mastermind who’s obsessively stalking maeve and gaslighting her and trying to keep her away from people who love her/make her co-dependent of him, which is…not the case?

like. yeah he was looking out of his window to her trailer, because he is in a wheelchair with a considerable lack of mobility and she lives literally across from him? he wasn’t “playing the disable card” or manipulating her because he kept dropping the books for her to pick up, because…they were flirting? and joking? like, he wasn’t strong-arming or guilt-tripping her into doing anything. he and his brother stole the tank…which is also something maeve did? and then he tattled on her mom because she was clearly lying to her AND endangering her child, despite the lengths maeve went through to forgive her and accept her back. he wasn’t “entitled” because he invited himself to the party and there was no accessibility, they were clearly joking around.

yeah, he fucked up deleting otis’ message and he is very obviously in the wrong, but considering the timeline, the last time he saw otis he was publically humiliating maeve in front of all their peers while shitfaced, and then two weeks later he sends a sad message “sorry i was a dick, i was #goingthroughsomestuff, but i love you :)” like???

I couldn’t put it down for a week, and it made me laugh out loud and grip the edge of my seat! Alex and Henry’s relationship seemed so real and wonderful ❤️

I’ve been reading a lot of dark fantasy lately, so this was a wonderful change of pace for me.

I worked a bit backwards on this one, and colored the background first. It helped a lot to set the mood and color scheme overall! Perhaps I stayed up a little late, but lighting is confusing at midnight! 😴😵
