  "But… Takuya…" Kouichi watched them go and took a moment to shake his head at the child’s gaming before looking down and around at the food splattered by his feet. He sighed, "you have a great hiding spot. But you can’t just make a mess of things."

"Why not? I do that at my house all the time! Aggie's used to it!" It was obvious that Kouichi was upset, so Takuya took that as his cue to leave before he got yelled at or put in a timeout again.

  Kouichi didn’t think he had taken long to go out and find Takuya - not that he thought it would take him long to find Takuya - but apparently it had been just long enough to leave the child to ransack his kitchen.

Takuya froze when he heard Kouichi's voice. He had been hoping that he could find a snack and get back to his hiding spot before Kouichi checked the room, but apparently he had made too much noise by throwing food and containers onto the floor. Oops.

"Zumi?" Takuya stared up at the older female, tilting his head. "You look kinda like Zumi! Are you bigger Zumi?"

  Kouichi laughed a little and let Takuya help him up, stretching himself out as much as he could without hitting the kid. He was in the middle of getting the cricks out of his neck when little Takuya suggested the game they play.

Takuya wasn't exactly the patient type. He had been waiting in his hiding spot for no more than thirty seconds before getting up and quietly wandering around the kitchen.

Takuya throws a soccer ball and it hits Kouji in the face. "...Oops."

  "He’s lucky I didn’t cut his arm off- I only grabbed onto him." he replied with an annoyed tone. He usually did not mind children- but this brat drove him insane just with his presence. He really was lucky Kouji had not done anything more than grab him.

Takuya's eyes widened at that and he only cried louder, clinging to Agnimon's leg. "BEAT HIM UP! PUNISH HIM! GIVE HIM A TIMEOUT AND MAKE HIM GO TO JAIL FOR THE REST OF HIS LIFE!"

  "Oh. Y-yeah, of course I - play? What would we… play?" Kouichi’s voice hitched, lifting his head more and putting his arms underneath him to sit up.

"No! No napping! Napping is boring!" Takuya jumped up, grabbing Kouichi's arm and pulling on it in an attempt to get the older male out of bed, except he wasn't as strong as Kouichi so it didn't work out very well.

Takuya throws a soccer ball and it hits Kouji in the face. "...Oops."

As soon as his arm was freed, Takuya ran off crying. Agnimon appeared minutes later, eyes narrowed at the Warrior of Light. "Really, Lobomon? Hurting a kid? That's pretty cruel even for you." 

"Hey, Takky~!"

  "M-morning." Kouichi groaned and held his head and he was pounced upon, breath leaving him for a moment. The nausea of waking up was not helped one bit. "Aggie? Play?"

"That's what I said! Leg-and-hairy!" 

  He looked away a moment - “As long as Kouji’s happy, then I’m fine.”

Takuya stared silently at him before shaking his head. "Nope, that's no good! You need to be happy too! I'll make sure you stay happy so you can make Kou happy, okay?"
