Sweet Pudding

Fay is back again patting another mech in who's name is Phoenix fire!

Pat pat pat

The firefighter mech was taking a nap when he felt light taps on his helm. He woke up, thinking raindrops were falling on him, but the sky was clear. Curious, he looked up and saw a fairy patting his helm.

"Oh! Hello, little one!"

He quickly greets the little fairy with a smile, looking at her with admiration, since he had never seen a fairy before.

"You... you're really different! You aren't a human like Jun. You have wings and that... fish tail, like those mystical sea creatures. What were they called again? Ah, mermaids!"

It looks like he got carried away!

Fay smiled as she was called 'pretty' before nodding at the red mech, agreeing that she was fine with being petted before leaning forwards offering their head.

"That looks broken.."

Very loose.

And apparently he was stuck being called a 'deer' for the remainder of the conversation.

"....you can call me Shockwave."

He eventually says, pointedly ignoring her question about who had hurt him.

Autobots. Enemies. Obstacles. None of her business.

"And I am not a 'deer'."

"Shoc..wave" Fay tested the words on her tongue before shaking their head a bit. It wasn't a hard word to say, but shockwave was pretty strange, name to give to a mech who looks like a deer. Speaking of deer, the fairy frowns as shockwave denied being called a deer it's not her fault he had antlers on his head!

"My apologies, little one. But I do not have time for play."

He tells her with a pragmatically gentle tone, before hoisting himself up with a pained grunt. Nothing internal was broken, probably, but he wasn't exactly unscathed either. He needed to rest to heal, and resting wasn't something he could do right then.

"I have to keep moving."

Fay frowned for a moment being turned down on shockwave, not wanting to play with her, though it didn't deter her as the fairy followed after shockwave clearly, not letting go of bothering the mech further. "Let's play! Let's play!" She insisted while flying around the mech head a few laps before stopping in front of him.

He has to pause when the fairy flies in front of himself, lest he smack his helm right into her little body. He lets out a small huff, not liking her insistence to interrupt his escape from possible further combat. As well, there was a concern that her cries might be heard. As tiny as they were...

Hmmm.....

"........I am already in the middle of a game of hide and seek. And I am trying to hide away. I cannot change games right now."

Fay expression immediately turned into shock, and a mixture of disbelief, her mouth gaping to show her how much it was shock when shockwave threw those words at her before her expression became more understand and determined.

"Ah! Last player?" Fay was now wondering how long her new friend has been playing hide and seek for, and was he the last player in hiding away from the seekers? It would make sense for shockwave stiff and avoidance behavior as he just didn't want to get caught! Ah..how silly of her!

It would be rude of her to force him to change games mid round.

He could work with that.

"There are a few "seekers" out for me, yes. I'm very good at hiding, you see. And we've all been playing our game for a while now. So they want to catch me very badly."

He continues, talking lowly himself. He couldn't sense any Autobots nearby at all but he wasn't about to take chances. Especially while injured as he was.

Fay stared at her new friend with clear interest absorbing every word they spoke. Fay never heard of hide and seek going on for so long, but perhaps that's how good deer was at hiding she never really suspected there's a time limit to hiding is there?

Mostly just seekers finding them until they do that was the game.

It became clear to the fairy that shockwave needed a new hiding spot! Of course, she can help she actually has a few spots of her own, but if the seekers were seeking this long, they were already experienced on common spots.

"Follow! Follow!" Fay immediately flew ahead of shockwave as she is gesturing them to 'follow her'. She thinks she knows a spot that could be perfect that no humans or mechs could even find. In fact, you could only find this spot if a fairy was guiding you towards it.

"Eh?" Fay was currently sunbathing on a rock that was near a small pond that had animals living in it mostly ducks or swans whenever mating season comes. The small fairy was now currently now staring at what seemed to be a white mech.

Maybe she'd run into a kid using power tools....?

Fay nodded eyes, lighting up clearly, happy to talk about drill boy before their expression halted for a moment as the fairy looked at herbie for a mere moment with some kind of solem expression.

If this 'Drill Boy' had been a regular human, maybe he simply grown too old....

"....well, something probably has kept him away. If he hasn't been by."

Fay frowns a bit as they rub their left arm a bit in a nervous manner. "Hmm.." Well, fay knew that drill boy had other friends he sometimes mentioned, but also he did metioned when they first met she didn't know what those freinds were until she met them they were mechs the same as them.

The thing was apparently drill boy was a part of some police force? Fay wished she asked more questions on what drill boy did or what he was doing lately. "Hmm..work" fay answered simply.

Herbie nods, doing his best to collect the morsels of clues Fay was sharing with him. Already determined to figure out what happened to this individual he still assumed was a human.

Fay closer, their eyes trying really hard to remember what else they could remember from drill boy concentrating really hard to get their head working. "Hmm...."

Ah! Actually, when she first saw the blue mech and a small human child, they were yelling about something while drill boy was also yelling too in the commotion something along the lines of..."police?" The fairy blurted the word out, hoping it would give a good clue to herbie.

Some people are afraid to say no or are afraid that you will get mad at them! This is to say that you would prefer people politely tell you NO if they don't want to do something!

Don't know how to say no? Here are some ways that shouldn't hurt anyone's feelings:

Maybe another time / not right now / I don't have the bandwidth for that kind of plot right now / that's not the type of thing I was really looking for but I'd love to do something else / I'm not currently looking for more threads / It's better for me if we just focus on what we have for now / hmmm what if we did (blank) instead / maybe another time!

Fay frowned for a moment hearing that her friend didn't have any pudding on them, but their sad expression dissappear than a mere second as her ears twitched in interest when hearing the exotic fruits being listed especially hearing about the various flowers that their freind seemed to have have it was almost like a dream come true or well a true buffet of foods.

It was always a dream to try many flavors.

Fay flew over to kyung shoulder before setting herself on her shoulders already agreeing to go with kyung. It was always easy to please fay as promising food or something shiny was a good way to earn her favor or just simply offering flowers too she was simple and didn't need much to impress. "Go! Go!" She chanted repeatedly, already eager to try the fruits and awaiting pudding that was gonna be made in the future.

"This here is our greenhouse, all built to be self-sustaining with a whole ecosystem to keep everything as natural and healthy as can be," She presented, gesturing with a wave of her hand as they entered the humid and warm place. "A little piece of the tropics, and places way out from this continent."

Fay smiled as she flew off kyungs shoulder to look around the greenhouse. It was very pretty and had more various plants it's also even a prettier, too, then the greenhouse she usually sees madoh use. "Pretty," Fay says in adoration as she flew towards the massive fruit trees, examining them for a moment before her attention was caught on the insects that thrived inside the greenhouse.

She had never seen so many living things in one place except for her home! The fish interested her a lot, and seeing the flowers she had never seen before was a new experience as colors that splashed against other colors that weren't meant to be together fascinated her.

She wonders if drill boy would've loved these flowers?

Stepping over to a small station near the entrance, the mortician grabbed a wicker basket in order to harvest some of the fruits she promised Fay. Kyung was particular about which ones to pick from the different trees, assessing them with a careful eye, gently squeezing certain ones to test their ripeness, and making sure to grab the ones with the least amount of blemishes. She wanted to make sure that her guest got the good ones!

Fay nodded in agreement that whoever built it did a great job on it. Humans were amazing when it came to building structures, buildings, or statues that came with deeper meanings behind it. The fairy ears perked up as she flew over to kyung, watching as they plucked different fruits from the trees and put them in the basket she didn't really understand why her friend was slightly squishing the fruit as if it was some of those 'stress toys' was it normal squish fruit?

Fay couldn't question it anymore as the word pudding had her face immediately brightened up as if a lightswitch had just been flipped. "Pudding! Pudding!" The fairy pumped her fist excitedly, showing her eagerness. Fay returned back to sitting on her friend shoulders. Honestly, tasting fruit pudding would be a first for fay as she had never seen pudding being mixed with fruits.

"Hm?" The fairy looked at kyung for a moment, her eyes widening at the offer that her friend had made towards her it definitely caught her off guard. That sounds.. Nice fay never really had a quiet space to herself. The only place she had whenever she wanted to be alone was mostly on the other side, though her friends lived there too, so calling it quiet space wouldn't count.

The only space she has was sometimes resting one some random trees.
