🍼Deep Regression - this is full headspace regression. Most regressors, at one time or another, struggle to experience this and it is often subject to outside factors such as stress, anxiety and mental health issues.

🍼 Half Regression - a state of being regressed in thoughts only. Outwardly, the regressor can perform age appropriate tasks and hold normal conversations, but their thoughts are that of their regressed self. Some regressors only ever regress to this state.

🍼 Age Dreaming - this is not age regression. Rather, it’s more like play acting as a child and letting yourself enjoy a childlike aesthetic as an adult. Mentally, no regression occurs.
