One thing I love when organising my planner for the next week is these mini post-it notes. It's so easy to make mistakes, and being a perfectionist that just will not do, when sorting out a new week. Sticking little notes on for each appointment is so fast and easy to move it to a different day/week. I got these cute little ones from @heylittlemagpie and I love that there are two different sizes and that they come in this mini book which is easy to carry around with your planner or even pop in your pencil case. I have even glued them in the front of my planner in the past!
