I suck at titles

Thinking of Agott's arc where she recognises she's being unfair to Coco by treating her as a competitor, because she's jealous but at the same time she still admires her so much. And in some ways the fact it's not pure admiration is what lets her see Coco's flaws so clearly. In always prioritising others, Coco neglects herself.

Which then means Agott can go up to Coco as her own flawed, selfish self, and say that Coco can rely on her a little. She can see how Coco in putting others first is trying to make herself a pillar of independence that others don't have to worry about, and she can try to mitigate it. Agott can read Coco through the lens of herself, through how they differ and how they're the same.

And this ties in with Agott recognising where her own perfectionist tendencies have gotten her. She's always had to put herself first to try and live up to expectations, so Coco showing that it's possible to fail openly and then just try again was such an eye-opener. Early on, Agott was so eager to prove herself it made her callous at times (see: the river rescue), but learnt time and again that sometimes she has to rely on others. She can't just go in by herself and expect she can brute force her way through. Coco opened her up to seeing that she doesn't always have to just depend on herself, that it's okay to fail, and she'll still be accepted and admired by those who matter.

They're both approaching from different angles, Coco prioritising others, Agott prioritising herself, but their shared flaw is that in doing so, they're refusing to let others in. Not to say Coco isn't about teamwork and helping each other, because she is. But when it comes to her worries about her mum? About Qifrey? She keeps that locked up tight so as not to be a burden.
