And then your "now go" trish piece is BEAUTIFUL, the lighting of course is incredible, the fuckin contrast of her coming into the light,,,, so cool,,,,, AND THEN her expression is so like subtly intense?? Oxymoron, but like. Idk. She feels like she's holding back tears, the expression is really good. And then again her hair is very cool. And that's a very cool moment in dmc1 to draw. Even if I only remember it conceptually. I haven't played dmc1 in a second hehe.

To touch a little bit on your other DMC arts, your Vergil commission with the little bit of blood on him is really really cool, he's aura farming in hell hehe. The background and the lighting make it look like he's in hell and I think that's really cool. The little bit of blood goes a long way of making him look even more cool hehe.

I really like the contrast with the background of the one of Dante's back, the musculature is really impressive, and y'know what just thinking about that makes me think about how much work must've been put into all these. God. Crazy. I really like his necklace popping off of him aswell.

Your verlir pieces are really pretty, I especially like the kinda muted colors on the 2nd one presented in the post I saw, makes it look like a photograph. That and the little glow behind them looks really cool.

Your black and white Vergil with the like blue trail behind him is SO COOL!!!

I really like the Vergil with his arms crossed under his coat, I truly had not considered he could do that and it looks really cool.

The dmc3 Dante where he's sitting there all cool like; similar with lady, Dante is one of my favorite characters ever and his design especially in dmc3 is one of my favorite designs ever and you did em justice. He's just so cool.

I'm gonna skip to the November 2025 Dante cause I'm losing my words. The lightning is really harsh looking and done immaculately it looks badass, the shine of his necklace looks badass, his death stare looks badass, you have a grasp on his facial proportions that I yearn to be able to replicate, he looks so cool. It took me a while to answer this because I'm still speechless. What, did I just get a full review of my works? 😳 That's crazyyy You wrote so detailedly about them, thank you for sharing your thoughts with me!!!! I've been trying my best to apply storytelling to my works, seems like it's working. I absolutely LOVE hearing people's interpretations of them. Sometimes I'm unsure if I could convey what I intended, but then people picks up even subtle details. That being said, I'm specially meticulous about the characters face and expressions, which are my favorite things to draw, hope that was clear 😆

As for the amount of work, yes, it's a lot. But it's all about practicing, finding good references and learn how much time you need to make a satisfying piece. For me, that's at least 5 hours.

That nov2025 Dante piece was a huge breakthrough for me because I had little experience making finishing artworks hahah So it was a big struggle figuring out the process but I did ittt. Thank you, I'm glad you like it!
