Not completely done yet, but this is what I’ve gathered from their sneakpeek preview of KTERA’s December class changes with the help of the KTERA community to give suggestions to the developers. I’ve made a post about that here recently.

It is funny that they forgot to mention about Lancer changes and the community are going “???” about it. So can’t do nothing about that except to wait. That’s why I’m not done yet.

Guilds

Complementing the information provided in the preview:

After leaving a guild, you can only join a new guild after 24 hours.

Guilds cannot complete the same guild quest more than once per day.

Whenever a member leaves a guild, their contribution to the ongoing quest is deleted, assuming the quest hasn’t been completed yet.

Guild War

Complementing the information provided in the preview:

Upon entering the guild war region, all characters suffer from the Time Travel Side Effect debuff. The cooldown of Summon Party skills (priests and mystics) is increased six-fold.

Only one outpost can be placed within 80 metres.

Goddess’ Blessing cannot be used.

After death, players can choose to resurrect either at their own outpost (if available), or at the dock.

Respawn times are halved as long as your outpost is still standing.

Summoned bosses ignore crystals which modify damage based on enemy size (i.e. crystals with +% damage to BAMs have no effect).

Miscellaneous

Fixed errors in Manglemire’s debuff description

Adjusted sales prices for loot collected in the open world (e.g. materials)

Removed guild skills and castles from top crusade ranks

Removed NPCs related to alliance (inc. Strategic Commands)

New skills

Foresight Skills will register as back hit regardless of direction, and effect will apply to the next skill after Foresight is used

Imbues Foresight effect to player upon use

Skill lasts for 8 seconds

All skills used during effect will register as back hit

Can be applied to all skills

Pursuit Cover a short distance at high speed momentarily

25 second cooldown

Backstep and Breakaway Bolt Changed to move in the direction of the directional keys

Rapid fire (+ glyph) Fires up to 7 arrows consecutively while pressing the skill

Stacks Focus Preparation per hit

Sniper’s Eye

Changed to increase damage to monsters by 7%

Increase damage to BAMs by 7%

Explosion Trap

Increase damage by 20%

Focus Preparation Changed to stack not only from Arrow but also Rapid Fire and Successive Shot In addition, changed to be applicable to Penetrating Arrow and Radiant Arrow

Skill display changes

Thunderbolt (+ glyph)

Increase skill damage by 100% - Noctenium effect is applied

Changed from 5 hits to 1 hit, while increasing damage by 40% more than damage dealt by the summation of the original 5 hits

Ensnaring Trap

Changed cooldown to 20 seconds and MP cost to 380

Changed from single hit to 2 hits, and trap can be triggered by clicking the skill for the second hit

Decrease monster movement speed by 90%

Decrease player movement speed by 20%

Removed glyph: Glyph of Enfeeblement

Event description

Archer adjustment schedule On 9/13/16 during temporary server maintenance.

Archer adjustment details 1. [Thunderbolt] increased damage when monster has lower HP has been removed. 2. [Thunderbolt] PvP damage will be adjusted lower. (not specified yet) 3. [Rapid Fire] Glyph of Power will be lowered from 50% to 20%. 4. [Rapid Fire] Glyph of Persistence will be lowered from 30% to 15%.
