It's been the craziest journey and the discipline? god! never in my life i thought i would be this disciplined with my food, my sleeping schedule... everything. but not gonna lie, my butt never looked better. oh my! you did something like that? –I haven't seen that film! is it out? i need to check out these abs and your acting. I am convinced that you killed it as usual! my first person to have a proper girls night with alcohol, a lot of it will be you! so wait for me until then! oh my! pamela! you were absolutely amazing! i remember getting obsessed with it for a while!

See, it's the confidence about your butt that tells me this bodybuilding thing is already working. I love that for you. Honestly though, I am so impressed by the discipline because that's always the part that gets me. I can learn lines, train for a role, throw myself into a challenge, but the daily consistency is a whole different skill. No, not out yet but I will let you know when it is. Hopefully this year at some point. The climbing was incredible though, I came away with so much respect for people who do it for real. Also, I am counting down the days until this girls' night now. it really is, just press and time with the mrs, and i couldn't ask for a better time. it's definitely important — sure for others, but mostly for yourself. to really relax and not feel so lost in work. it is and sometimes takes a lot to fully find that. it's for ❛ the death of robin hood ❜ so that'll fully be out in the world soon. and how's this lucky guy ? ah, i see moments like that can be nice actually and as long as you both learned from whatever happened in the past to progress better this time. regardless, i'm happy for you, lily. it's definitely a process not to be rushed, that home will speak to you, i can assure that much.

Well, babe! After the trip, I had to get disciplined again. Did I tell you? I'm in the middle of bodybuilding training for a new character. It's been a crazy journey. Sometimes I feel like I can't keep up with it all—the gym, the seven meals a day… it's all about discipline. I think I'm losing my mind a little, but I know it's going to be worth it. Have you ever done anything crazy to prepare for a character? tell me about it while i prepare for my second training session of the day.

Bodybuilding? You are insane. Putting us all to shame. But also, you are going to look so hot, I already have the heart eyes thinking about it. I have no idea how you do it. I did a movie last year where I played a rock climber, so I had to work out so much and eat right and I pretty much lost my abs as soon as we wrapped. When you finish I promise we will have the best girls night to celebrate. Dinner, drinks, everything! Learning how to rock climb is up there. Also, the insane prep for Pamela Anderson was so intense. I spent hours watching videos to get the voice and moment down.

Because it has been forever. I feel I have been keeping in touch with you via our movie posters. Biggest star in the world lost time for little ole me? I've been good. Work has been a lot the past few years. So I am slowing it down a little for the rest of the year. Andrew and I are looking for our forever home, so that is all very exciting. Tell me about you, what is happening with you!

It was a bit of a touch and go moment there when flights got canceled, but I have to agree with you. More time with Sophie? Major win in my book. It really was! I took some photos while we were there and hoping that I got to capture everything perfectly. That's awesome! Are the two of you going to stay in London or? Things on my end have been great. Just preparing for the tour and also trying to spend as much time with Sophie.

Can't lie, I was happy about that. An extra day on the beach? I was so in. I love that. I have heard about these camera skills. Soph and I may be planning a double date, mainly so we can get cute photos together. Just outside of London. Easy enough to get into the city but still far away from the crazy of it all. The head is alive, thank God. The next morning was... humbling. I spent a good portion of the day negotiating with water, coffee, and my own poor decisions. Gimme all the wine and stories!
