**Iron Cataphract**

Paradox Ceruledge / Armarouge / Charcadet

- Name Meaning (Iron Cataphract): Cataphract, meaning suit of armor. As it looks like a walking suit of armor. Also its creators only saw it as an object, the armor and the power of the armor, not the pokemon. An empty shell of armor with no soul meant to fulfill a means to an end.

**Stats**

- Pure Fire Type

- Available abilities: Flash Fire, Flame Body, Quark Drive, *Weak Armor(hidden)*

- Has movepool of Charcadet, Armarouge, and Ceruledge

**Capabilities**

- **Vitality Analysis: **Can analyze where targets are injured and what vital state they are in. This capability is used to determine the most catastrophic spot to hit an enemy, and to determine if the target will die on their own so that they don't waste time on a doomed target and can move on to their next target.

- **Pokemon Species Combat Database**: Iron Cataphract have a database of all pokemon species along with their stats, movepools, and abilities, and what their abilities and special moves do. They use this in battle to compute the best way to handle combat with thier target.

- **Design Purpose**: Iron Cataphract was designed as to be able to handle versitile combat situations by changing body size and changing the configuration of the star plasma by its arms/shoulders. Any form can use any configuration.

- **Configurations (Starry Arm Plasma Shape)**

- **Ballista Configuration**: Starry Arm Plasma changes into Armarouge cannons. Used to strike enemies from far off.

- **Pilum Configuration**: Starry Arm Plasma changes into Ceruledge Blades. Used to attack enemies within melee range.

- **Gladius Configuration**: Starry Arm Plasma changes into Armarouge's shoulder gaurds. Default Configuration. Used in combat to help mitigate damage from incoming attacks

- **Forms (Body Shape / Height) **

- **Pursuit Form:** Charcadet size and proportion. Iron Cataphract has its arms and legs fully contracted and it's full armor form armor disappears so that it can be as compact as possible. This form is used to pursue/fight pokemon through small spaces that the other forms would not be able to fit in / fight well in.

- **Incomplete Armor Form:** As tall as Armarouge and Ceruledge, but looks very skinny and vulnerable due to its bigger armor not formulating. Usually Iron Cataphract is only in this form for a short time when it transitions between Pursuit form and Full Armor Form, but due to the wear of time, there have been stories of some who cannot form the full armor form's bigger armor, and they use the incomplete armor form to simply reach higher or get better leverage

Team Artificier!

Arcon (the green irken) is my irkensona, but she does have a backstory as well (of course a wip backstory). She is a programmer who specializes in PAK technology. So she added a lot of adjustments to her pak, like it can project holographic screens for her to draw or write on. One day, when she was working on her PAK, she accidently deleted the programming in it that causes most Irkens to not care about other species. With this gone, she started to notice how unfair the treatment of the other species by the Irkens was. She realized how corrupt the Irken Empire was, and decided she had to do something about it. She secretly rebelled against the irken empire and joined a group of rebels in their fight against the empire, and became a known enemy of the empire. She and the rebels were having a hard time fighting back, though. They came up with an idea, though, to destroy the Irken Empire from the inside, to create an irken that was super destructive that would tear apart the empire and stop their rein of terror. Arcon and her friends infiltrated the smeet factory and hacked into the system, altering the code that was being sent into one of the small smeet's paks. She was going to do this to more smeets paks, but only got to do it to one of them because soon afterwards the whole of Irk was plunged into darkness for five years, in what became known as HORRIBLE PAINFUL OVERLOAD DAY. That smeet who Arcon altered the code for was Zim.

Then there's Mun, the Pale Irken. The idea was that she’s an Irken with a genetic disorder that causes her to be weaker than other Irkens. The irkens usually just leave smeets like this to die because it would be a ‘waste of resources’ to provide them with the extra equipment they need to survive on top on the PAK.

But this character was somehow found by a group of vortians as a smeet, and they saved her from this fate by creating a makeshift pak with the extra things necesary to keep her alive. Because her PAK was created by Vortians, and not the Irkens, it doesn’t hold her memory or personality, it only holds her life support. It also doesn’t have the mechanical appendages like most PAKs have.

Some of the vortians who saved/raised her at first did not want to help her at first, after all, she’s an Irken. But then they realized that if they raised her in secret, it might be useful to have an Irken on their side, she could be the key to helping them become free.

Because she’s raised by vortians and her personality was not given to her by her PAK, she acts more like a vortian than an irken.
