It’s all temporary. Pain is temporary. Depression is temporary. You are stronger than you know. You can get through it. No matter what it takes. Is it music? Is it writing? Is it reading? Is it talking to other people? There are ways to get through it. You have to be strong enough to find those ways and carry on. And I know you can. You can do it.”
