My what big eyes you have

Never in a million years did Jeremy think he would be currently on a date with someone as beautiful as Lili, she looked like the type of girl that would usually ignore him as they passed by in the hall – yet here they were. He was returning to his car, balancing a tray that contained popcorn, Twizzlers, and a cherry coke to share. When he opened the door he sat the tray down on the dashboard for them to share. “ This is pretty cool, isn’t it? I’ve always wanted to come to one of these but I’ve never really had a good reason to until now. I hope I got everything you like. ” He said, nodding toward the snacks he had bought.

Lili had been sitting in the seat of the car with her knees pulled up to her chest when she had heard Jeremy return with an arm full of goodies.  “ Me neither, I’m glad our first time can be together though. “ she admitted shooting him a soft smile in the process. A chuckle was quick to escape the brunette’s lips. “ It’s all perfect! How did you know I was a cherry coke and Twizzlers kinda girl? “  she questioned playfully.

karolina was doing her best to look at the positives of the situation. at least she wasn’t stuck trapped in at home with her parents. the cafe was definitely much better. still, just the idea of being trapped in somewhere had her slightly on edge. at least there were a bunch of windows in the shop. she was fairly certain that if she couldn’t see outside she’d be very freaked out. karolina wound up turning to someone else who had wound up there, hoping some conversation would help keep her calm. “i wonder if the barista will still make me a latte.” she commented to anyone who would listen. “or if know that we’re trapped in here it’s every man for themselves until the snow stops.”

Lili had leaned her elbows on the counter while her large brown eyes stared down at her phone. The service in that place had been absolutely awful. Secretly, the brunette was glad she was stuck there and not back at the diner. Her grandmother probably would have made her pass out coffee and pie to anyone stuck there and she had wanted to work the least amount of overtime possible. When she had been addressed she turned to the other girl with a half smirk. “ I hope so, I’m not sure I can survive without something warm right now. “ she admitted.
