a yawn escaped her lips before she could even stall it , a bodily response to having come off night shift and forcing herself to stay awake , this reason alone led her to jukebox junction , not always a frequent visitor but the known busy atmosphere would keep her awake . sock covered toes stretch as she rolls and works the muscles and joints she didn't even know she once had , after all , yoga had only become a thing to justify that extra strawberry compote matcha latte she indulged in far too often . " me either , honestly , i don't know how they get up and leave so quick . " was she just weak or were they just all super enhanced heros ?

priya sits , legs spread with part of the supposed coffee table in between them , her head tilts with a look of confusion . " why can't these be easier to read . Glancing over at the man's shoulder, he seen it now and nodding his head a little bit. "Understandable. Know what kind of dog that is?" It did seem like it was menace but he figured they could handle it right? But that crash had been a big one. "I can help you clean up if you would like." He offered.

" a menance , man that's all i know . " despite the exasperation and dislike colouring his tone , he did like the dog , even if it had gained the habit of running into everything . " yeah ⸻ actually that'd be helpful , he knocked out a coffee table no doubt . "

he'd only paused for a moment , the folded table in his hold definitely heavier than expected . he hadn't meant to stop in her way or in the sunlight she was sitting in , he just had to readjust the table . " sorry , sorry ma'am . " he huffs , shuffling to the side and placing the table down . " didn't mean to . "

"Where is your better good looking half?" William chuckled, wrapping his arms around her. Hugging him closely. "How is my favorite big bro?"

" you keep your eyes to yourself you heathen . " words betrayed by the smile that crosses his features at his brothers words . even he knew mabel was the better mccullough , hell he wasn't ashamed to admit in . " i'm your only big brother , willie ! "

head bobs in time with the thick swallow , letting his acceptance or waving off of her apology roll off her back as teeth dig into her lower lip , her back strap in hand tightened .
