Sam didn’t say anything last night. It’s not even 6:00 in LA so he might not be up yet. Regardless, he’s not going to rush onto Twitter to say something. I personally feel like he has to address this somehow, but we will see.

He has to know that a break with Shatner will be messy, ugly, and horrible. So like all people who have somehow found themselves entangled with a monster, he now must decide what to do.

Does he try and make a joking lighthearted “hey buddy that’s enough” comment? Which will be the easiest thing to do with an abuser because you probably won’t rile the bear.

Or does he actually take a stand for what is right, cut all ties, and publicly disavow Shatner? Which is guaranteed to have all kinds of horrible repercussions despite being the “right” thing.

This is how abusers keep people in relationships with them. They prey on good hearted people and then make their life a living hell when they try and cut ties.

If Sam does find the strength and courage to stand up to Shatner and break with him I will applaud him. But I’m not going to drag him through the mud if he balks. Having gone through it myself with far higher stakes I know the integrity and courage it takes, but also know the power of fear.

Below is almost every single video Sam & Caitriona have done since their Outlander casting was announced, including press interviews, panels, Q&A’s, red carpet interviews etc etc. I say almost because there are a few small ones that are not included but this is everything major. It’s organized by year and within that I tried to keep it as chronological as I could. The stuff around Comic Con/July 2014 got a little messy but other than that I think it’s pretty decent.  If you have anything you think needs to be on here or I forgot (entirely possible), feel free to message me and I’ll definitely include it! Back in November Luke posted this picture on IG. 

Lot’s of people were speculating and thought it looked like a bachelor party.

A week later Luke said this…

Of course chaos ensued and there’s now over 140 comments on that picture. Lots of fighting between anti’s and shippers. Anti’s were trying to insinuate that Sam was with Abbie or fucking some random blonde and after a couple of days Luke stepped in and said this…

Turns out, both Sam and Cait were down in London for the weekend as were a lot of their friends (including Luke). When they came back Sam tweeted this (but never actually said what they were celebrating). 

Then both of them posted these pictures at the same time.
