- when i was little i was not allowed to have my toys out around the house, they would be taken & id have to "earn" them back, so now i leave my toys all around my own space out of spite 🧸

-stim toys didnt much exist when i was young so now i collect them and use them publicly, because i used to feel shame about stimming even if i didnt know there was a word for it 🌈

-affirmations!! i really recommend writing down some things you wish others would say to you, and say them to yourself! or thoughts you struggle with and counteract them ex: "i am not good enough" -> "i am good enough!" 📝

-crying, i was berated as a kid for being "too sensitive" so now i don't punish myself for needing to cry or have a meltdown 🌧️
