Does anyone have an tips or tricks to get more motivated to exercise? Plus is it true the more you exercise the less depressed you are?

Facts about me: I’m 27 years old Been married for 2 years I’m a gamer (mainly PS but I do play Nintendo, Xbox and PC and occasional Sega) I’m a cosplayer I’m an itabag enthusiast I wouldn’t call myself a hardcore otaku but I am a fan of anime and manga I like comic books and comic book movies I AM A HUGE METAL GEAR FAN I have 2 tattoos (one is Always for Alan Rickman and other is of Revolver Ocelot from MGSV drawn by Antique Teacup and done by a local tattoo artist) Currently unemployed (last job I quit because of anxiety issues and unfair treatment….
