1. Payment

Payment can be made via PayPal or Pix.

A 50% upfront payment is required before work begins.

The remaining 50% must be paid before the final artwork is delivered.

Work will only begin after the initial payment has been received.

2. Refunds & Cancellations

If the client cancels the commission before production begins, a full or partial refund may be issued. 

For payments made via Pix, refunds may be issued in full. 

For payments made via PayPal, any processing fees, currency conversion fees, or exchange rate differences may be deducted from the refunded amount.

Once production has started, the initial payment is non-refundable.

Production is considered started once I begin sketching, gathering references, planning the composition, or working on any stage of the commission.

If the client is unresponsive for 7 consecutive days, the commission may be paused or canceled. In such cases, the initial payment will not be refunded if work has already begun.

3. Work Process

I will send watermarked work-in-progress (WIP) previews during the creation process.

Images provided by the client will be used strictly as references and will not be directly reproduced unless explicitly agreed upon.

4. Revisions

Minor revisions are included during the sketching and creation stages.

Requests for revisions should be made as soon as possible during the process.

Major changes, including but not limited to pose changes, outfit redesigns, character redesigns, composition changes, or changes to the original concept, may incur additional fees.

Once the artwork is completed and approved, further modifications may require additional payment.

5. Delivery

Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after receiving the initial payment and all necessary references.

Delivery times may vary depending on workload, project complexity, or unforeseen circumstances.

The final artwork will be delivered only after full payment has been received.

6. Copyright & Usage

I retain full copyright ownership of the artwork unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The client may not claim the artwork as their own creation.

Personal-use commissions are for personal use only.

7. Commercial Use

Commercial use must be discussed and agreed upon before the commission begins.

Commercial use is subject to additional fees. 

The granted commercial license applies only to the agreed-upon use and does not transfer copyright ownership.

8. AI Use

The commissioned artwork may not be used for AI training, AI datasets, machine learning purposes, NFTs, or blockchain-related projects without my explicit written permission. 

9. Portfolio Rights

I reserve the right to display commissioned artwork in my portfolio, on social media, and in promotional materials. 

If the client wishes for the artwork to remain private, they must inform me before work begins.

Final Agreement 

By submitting payment, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

These terms are subject to change without prior notice. However, the version agreed upon at the time of payment will remain valid for the duration of the commission.
