i didnt break my fassttt I made some food so I wouldnt look sus during lunch, moved it around the plate and then just threw it in the trash lol im so happy

i've never really tried fasting (for long periods of time) some reason ?? Like I usually just prefer to restrict and eat throughout the day, but I feel like fasting would be better at least on days that I have to work cause i cant really get out of eating there. So I could break my fast at work and then immediately start another one
