If you “don’t really need anything” DONT GO LIFTING.
Go with confidence and intention, not to wander.
Make a list of things you’d like before entering, scope out the store without lifting first, take yourself and lifting seriously or stop.
This is a crime.
Have fun.
can pickpockets please stop grouping themselves with us, please and thank you xoxo
yes my blog is NOT pickpocket friendly please do not interact if you steal from individual people. I only lîft from chain stores and big corporations, the ethics are entirely different from pickpocketing smh.
Anti-pickpocket blog 😌 don’t steal from people only stores
also if you steal packages- bye
store difficulty!! (based on my experience) ::will update::
at h0me: (easy) literally laughably easy. hardly any cameras and it’s such a big store. so many places u can conceal.
barnês & n0ble: (easy) i have never found an item from this store that has been tagged. best place to conceal is kids/toys area.
báth & b0dy works: (easy) not sure about other stores, but the one near me has little to no cameras and most staff are in the front of the store or at the register.
cla1re’s: (easy) little to no cameras, there are mirrors around the store which can cause difficulty, but other than that it’s pretty easy.
cvś / wälgr33ns: (easy) workers almost always in the front by the registers. not many cameras.
crack3r barr3l shop: (easy) workers are usually older and not very attentive, almost always in the front by the registers. i’ve not noticed any cameras.
cr0cs: (easy) jibbitz are literally SO easy to get. i’ve never tried to take the actual shoes but i’m assuming it’s pretty easy due to lack of cameras.
d0llar g3neral: (easy) most workers are usually older and not paying attention. cameras are not actively monitored.
d0llar tr33: (easy) most cameras are fake, and workers never really care enough to stop lifters since their items are so cheap.
eärthb0und: (easy) no cameras. workers are usually at the registers or walking around. just be friendly and quick. nothing is tagged.
f1ve b3low: (easy) by far one of the easiest stores. not very attentive workers, little to no cameras, conceal in the back of the store.
f0rever 21: (easy) workers are almost always at the registers. easy to put merchandise in a bag and leave.
h0t t0pic: (medium) most of these stores often have low lighting which can be an advantage, although usually there’s about 4-5 workers walking around and about 2 at the cash register.
h0bby l0bby: (medium) never EVER go in the afternoon. this is when LP is EXTREMELY attentive and this will literally bite u in the ass. i recommend going in the morning if u don’t wanna get caught. “two codes that will be overhead paged are code 7 which is for a manager and code 10 which is possible shoplifting” therefore if u hear these, get out.
kr0ger: (easy) a pretty easy grocery store but supposedly they case build on known lifters.
lu$h: (medium) most of the time, workers are walking around talking with customers. very attentive. not sure about cameras though. best to go in when it’s busy so u won’t stand out.
m1cha3ls: (easy) one of the easiest craft stores. jewelry section has a big scary camera so obviously this isn’t a good area to conceal. basically anywhere else in the store is okay tho
0ld nâvy: (easy) they don’t check how many pieces of clothing you take into the dressing rooms, not many cameras.
pârty c1ty: (easy) literally no cameras. workers are almost always just standing in the front by the registers.
p1nk/vs: (medium) not many things are tagged. panties are rarely tagged, bras are usually tagged. haven’t noticed any cameras but i’m sure there’s some.
p3tsmârt: (easy) not a bunch of cameras and workers are normally by registers or doing haircuts for puppies.
publ1x: (easy) not lifted from here much but the times i have, it’s been super easy
r0ss & mar$halls: (easy) literally not much to explain about these but they’re extremely easy. not many cameras.
ruë 21: (easy) so so easy. cameras are very visible, take ur items to an area without cameras and conceal.
spëncêrs: (medium) workers are usually walking around the store which can make it difficult. best place to conceal is near the back. some shirts are tagged but if you look near the bottom of the shirt stack, the larger shirts will be untagged.
sp1rit hall0ween: (easy) since it’s like,,, a limited time store, they don’t necessarily need cameras because the store gets “taken down” after october. not many workers either.
t@rg3t: (hard) lots of big scary cameras. very attentive workers watching the cameras. they WILL catch u and they’ll wait until u have lifted a certain amount and they will prosecute.
ultâ: (medium) cameras EVERYWHERE. workers usually walking around. most workers stay near the perfume & more expensive makeup. best to drop items in a bag, then leave.
wâlmârt: (easy) since this is such a large store, it’s pretty easy lifting from here. obviously, conceal in areas without cameras.
zum1es: (easy) most items are tagged, but if you happen to find non tagged items, it’s super easy. workers are not very attentive lol

We have this flea market notorious for treating animals horribly, even stealing peoples pets and reselling them. With that being said watch out for me this weekend, I have a $300 cutie in mind 🥺 also inspired by a lift account I saw on here. Positive vibes this plays out as well as we planned it 🤞🏼
I forgot to update you guys on the little cutie I got 🥺 she’s a munchkin kitten! I also got her sibling 😂 here’s Pandora. She was incredibly sick as you can see from the photo I took. Made me feel even better taking her. $300 and a life saved ❤️😌
HOLY SHIT YOU DID SO GOOD!!!! Shes so cute! <3 if possible id be mega interested in exactly how you did this
God I fucking love this
Ed blogs I really don't want to come off as aggressive but please stop following me!!! I've struggled with disordered eating similar to anorexia and it's upsetting to see you all in my notes!!!!! Please unfollow!!!!!!!
From now on I am blocking non lifter accounts, blank accounts (even with “1ift” in their name etc.) and suspicious accounts in general. Must be an active account with some activity etc. or you’ll get blocked.
It's ethical to use unethical make-up products if you stêal them
what r some tips for newbies that seem obvious but aren't? for example I literally thought barcodes were important for so long lmaooo
lmaooo we've all been there😖
hmm, these are only my opinions (and some pet peeves), so they won't be one size fits all tips. but yeah
don't over-act and draw any attention - i've seen people make a big show out of checking their phone and having a loud fake phone conversation in order to seem natural in a store. i've also seen posts where the op recommends pretending that someone called you to say that a loved one got in a car accident so you can exclaim in horror and rush out of the store. or another post where someone wanted to see if the security towers worked so they "accidentally" took an item too close to the towers to set them off, then ran back into the store like 'omg sorry!!' like, most customers are quiet and minding their own business as they shop, so drawing attention to yourself will only make you memorable and sus imo. it seems to be a newbie thing to overdo the customer act out of nerves
acting too chummy with the SAs. where i live, shoppers are usually silent on their own and only interact with the SAs when approached or if they're having trouble finding something. if an SA greets you at the doorway (rare), they might get a smile or a mumbled hi, but not much more. if you're in a place like this then too much interaction is a bit sus, especially if your nerves make you chirpy. i had a newbie lifter friend who said 'hiiiii!!!!!' every time she entered a store near an SA and it ALWAYS got us sussed😭😭 btw this isn't to say don't be nice to the SAs, but there is such thing as acting too familiar. mimic the customers around you
i guess leaving packaging behind. this ties into the barcode thing, but every newbie lifter does it at some point. it's a red flag that your store has a thief, and we don't want to tip a store off to that
the art of casual lifting and misdirection. i worked at a topshop once and the number one red flag for spotting potential lifters was seeing someone touching merch with their hands but looking everywhere else. i get why ppl do this - when you're stuffing merch into your bag you don't want to be looking straight at it since that's a big tip off. but then you get into the habit of doing that while you're scoping the place out and it looks super sus. look at what your hands are examining like a shopper would, don't let those eyes wander so obviously. if your other hand is busy stuffing merch into your bag that's fine, but your eyes need to be fixed on the decoy merchandise for the misdirection to work
rfids, cut them down the middle to deactivate them. they've got that metal circle, right? they only work when the circle is complete, so slicing them down the middle will stop them from working. it's easy to remember that way imo, but newbies get paranoid and slice the shit out of them, which i totally get. but just breaking the circle will work just as well, and it's less time-consuming
booster bags don't keep magnet detectors from detecting magnets. booster bags work as faraday cages - they block electromagnetic signals from escaping, which is why they work on rfids and hard tags. but magnet detectors can sense magnetic signals, not electromagnetic, so a faraday cage won't shield your magnet from detection. neither will a metal box or burying the magnet in clothing - i don't think there's anything that will keep a magnet detector from sensing the magnetic signals. if you're scared of your magnet being detected, don't bring the magnet
also, magnet detectors are a lot rarer than you think. you won't find them everywhere. the way i used to measure it was 1/15 urban outfitters had them based on my own experiences😂 you can spot them pretty easily - they're slim glass towers installed alongside regular ones. if you accidentally go into a store that has them with your magnet, body conceal your magnet and leave after a brief time browsing to avoid looking sus. you can also enter and exit the store in a group if you know of the towers but want to use your magnet anyway. newbies seem very scared of these towers, which i get, but they're not common at all
you don't have to stop for an SA or LP at the doors. obviously this depends on your country's laws. i think newbies in particular become paralysed by fear and consent to a search when they don't have to. the authority that SAs and LP hold isn't as powerful as you think, and they don't have the lawful right to make you consent to a search. you could go full Karen to avoid this if you're old enough, but sometimes a simple "no" or "no thanks" will suffice. don't get sucked into an argument either, just refuse or ignore them and exit as fast as you can without running. again, leaving in a group is helpful for this since you can feign ignorance and leave without responding (don't make eye contact lol)
you can't physically lift items out of the reach of security towers. towers detect things an equal distance around the towers. if two towers are a metre apart, that is the extent of their reach all around, above, and below them. if the merch is a metre away from the towers at the entrance, that is the extent the towers can detect tag signals. just saying this bc i've seen newbies suggest putting tags/a magnet in their bun, or pretending to stretch as they exit the store with an item in their fist to avoid setting off the towers. that won't work sadly
don't over-explain yourself, it's a signifier of nerves. if an SA approaches you to see if you need help, a simple 'no thanks' or 'no thank you i'm just browsing' is fine. nip it in the bud and don't provide more detail than necessary. it feels curt when you're nervous but most customers don't want to chat imo
make sure not to react physically to things around you. if someone sets off the security towers while you're browsing don't look around, continue as you are. ignore people who walk by you, don't glance at everyone who comes your way. this is because LP know that lifters are twitchy so sometimes they'll set up nearby distractions to see if you're keeping an eye on your surroundings
okay i'm scraping the bottom of the barrell and this chance to complain about my newbie pet peeves was very therapeutic, thank you!! also if you do these things dw it's all natural when you're new, plus there's always room for improvement and growth. i hope this can help any bby lifters out there💗💗💗
Wow, this is so thorough!! Newbies (or anyone, really) read this through for some kind and helpful reminders!!
