I've taken a liftbler break to see what Raddle is up to. Pretty low activity there compared to the Reddit sub of yesteryear.

Scared to do grocery store walk outs after seeing photos of lifters on my town's Facebook page. Crystal clear head shots with the PD asking for the public's help identifying the people in the photos. You'd think they could identify people with their tags.

Of the many tips my fellow lifters have taught me the most valuable tip is: getting safely home with your haul doesn't guarantee you're home free. I've pillaged my 3 favorite (several locations) stores with no CS or anything to suggest I'm on their radar. Case building is real. My friend received a ban from Kθ|$ today for reaching our state's felony limit. She was lucky. She's gorgeous and I think that helped her with this store. They had stills of her dating back 6 months. Video too. She believes she was too habitual in her entrances and patterns. Lifters.. Change it up. Space it out. BE SAFE!

I did my first u1+@ h@11 and was so scared. Made out with some excellent skin care products that my skin rejected! So pissed! All that anxiety for nothing. c1in1que allergy I guess. I can chalk it up to practice I guess.

I haven't posted in a while but I've been lifting like crazy. I thought I'd try to go inactive for a while but didn't. I lifted three winter coats from three different Targets in two days. I'd post them but I'm paranoid given how much I've lifted since the holidays. Time to slow down but it's so hard! Going to try a one month break. Every store I walk in I feel like I'm being sus'd yet I've never been CS'd. I'm just so freaking paranoid! But maybe that's a good thing... for now.

Gone are the days of choosing. This vs that based on $ in the bank and $ owed, etc. We get to have it all! $150.00 saved today on nothing but necessities. Favorite catch of the day: cleaning products. Not as fun as girly stuff or groceries but needed! Second favorite catch of the day: light bulbs. I read on Reddit they are sourced tagged. The generic brand at w@lm@r+ aren't! 😊

I love everything I lift but let's get real .. My 40th pair of undies or scented candles never feels as good as things I actually have to have. My 2 BFFs are coming to stay the weekend and I stocked my fridge with about $200.00 worth of stuff to feed them. Good eating this weekend and not a dime spent. Took me 4 trips because large grocery store walk outs make me nervous. Best single lift .. 3 pounds of salmon! 😀😂😍

So I'm returning an item legitimately and stop at the greeter to get the little yellow sticker. He says you can go straight to (that dept) and exchange then go to CS for the refund. He then says "the sketchy people have to go to CS first" .. lol As I'm leaving the store he strikes up a conversation about said item. Nice elderly man. He is lamenting the dependence society has on technology. (Slow night) He then says "Management here thinks technology is what's going to catch the shoplifters." He says no way. The human eye is better. THEN he volunteers this before mentioned store is making big changes in self-check out. They're going to a camera system that photographs the cart items from the floor! I don't understand but that's what he said. I said "that's a good thing, right?" .. trying to extend the conversation to get more info. Then he said "it doesn't matter, the shoplifters will find a way to outsmart it." So friends .. new self check-out system coming soon to a w#lm@r+ near you. Be careful! (Some chick interrupted our conversation thinking she'd *underpayed* for her cartons of cigarettes) .. so I just left. Couldn't act too eager to engage in more discussion.

I'm an intermediate level lifter and always learning. I read great posts on how to properly hide/dispose of/ bannish your tags. One thing I'd like to add: when stuffing them into pockets of jeans and jackets etc find unpopular sizes. The majority of people fall into the average size range. Find tiny jeans or really large sized jeans, etc to stuff your tags into. Statistically speaking, there'll be a longer time lapse before they're tried on/discovered.

You think you got sus'd at your favorite store and you're heartbroken you can't go back for a few months when you should be f-king thankful your a$$ isn't in jail! I need a lifting break to get my head straight.

I went to W@1m@r+ to legit buy a piece of furniture that requires assembly. An employee loaded it onto a cart with wheels to customer service. I told him I had a little shopping to do bf I woukd pay. So, I concealed a lamp (first new apartment so I'm stocking it gradually) Long line, fussy kids , irritable senior citizens etc are all in line ahead of me. Looked around and got this crazy idea to wheel it out in the form of a walk out. With all the commotion I knew I could do it. Figuring a fake wooden faux (piece of furniture) wouldn't be tagged. A greeter just waved at me as I walked by. Not being a flat screen or electronics it was pretty non-sus. Saved $219.00! Not going back for a long time. The hardest part was lifting it into my trunk. A nice guy headed in the store helped me. My heart was beating out of my chest!!

If you think you were sus and/or caught but got away use crime maps. It's updated every 5 minutes. Plug in the address of the store and you can get some info if a crime was called in..(I randomly chose Chicago - I don't live there)

It's extra risky to take earrings to a fitting room to conceal. If you don't emerge and head to a cash register to pay for them then you should place them back where you found them .. theoretically. Time to recycle old earrings. Trade out old for the new! Much like the shoe swap method.
