this isnt a dna story but rather some advice- i dont have my own blog, hope this is ok to submit!
business owners call dnas "friendly fraud." if you google it you'll see how stores try to prevent dnas through softwares that crosscheck your name, billing/shipping address, age of email address, etc. check through reddit for ecommerce owners dealing with chargebacks.
here's a list of protective measures:
1. IDENTITY: use a burner phone number and a dedicated dna email for online shopping accounts. make sure your fake name lines up across these different pieces of "digital id".
2. ONLINE PROTECTION: always block cookies/trackers, i use ublock origin. always use a vpn and a proxy. riseup.net is a good free vpn, i like tor as my browser.
3. PAYMENTS: never use your personal payment method, over time it can get flagged. too many refunds will look sus on paypal, and it could plausibly damage your credit score. use a virtual credit card (ex. koho [canada], privacy [usa], revolut [uk]).
if you are someone that has done multiple dnas, it is VERY LIKELY that your email/ip is implicated in a fraud prevention software database. multiple companies use the same softwares, this is why your orders get cancelled sometimes. change your id often!
dnas may be easy but remember it is fraud which is a crime! act accordingly!
thank you so much to whoever took the time to share these amazing tips. if you have a liftblr, please message me privately so i can give you credit!
excellent advice for newbie and seasoned DNAers.

borrowing tips 101 💋
6 life saving borrowing tips so that you are guaranteed to get what you want everytime without getting caught! 🫧
1. ALWAYS go with someone - if you go on your own you automatically draw more attention to yourself and having another person there can be more comforting+you can help eachother (remember only do this if you know for sure the person if comfortable with it NEVER borrow when your with someone without consent because they could get into trouble along with you)
2. Stay calm - speaking from experience, if you are constantly looking at security guards and acting suspicious you WILL get caught. It’s all about mindset walk out as you usually would but don’t be too obvious.
3. For beginners - if you are a beginner start off stealing small things for example, candy, cheap lipglosses, charms etc. Trust me it will build more skill and if you get caught the worst they would do is kick you out.
4. Go when it’s busy but not too busy! - when it’s busy there are barely any workers and so many people it’s hard for them to keep up. If somebody who isn’t a worker sees you it’s an 80% chance they won’t snitch, most likely if they are 10-20 ish years old they won’t but older people tend to snitch more often so be careful!
5. Check tags - if the store you are going into has no sensors most likely the security tags won’t matter at all with barcodes you can leave almost any store because they don’t go off but with some items they hide the tag inside of the box so be careful and check before lifting!
6. The most important step, don’t overthink it - when lifting just see what you like and take it, if you like you can check over everything after but do not linger or you will get caught! If you decide you don’t want something anymore still leave with it taking and putting it back is very risky and could get you into trouble just have an “I see it, I like it, I want it , I got it “ mindset.
rules for borrowers
• never borrow from small businesses large chains only!
•do not peer pressure anyone into borrowing
•keep it moderate don’t steal every time you shop
• and the most important of all have fun! xoxo 💋
extras
what to wear:
jeans with leggings underneath (so things won’t fall out or shove small things in your waistband
bring a bag (not a huge tote bag it’s obvious more like a tote bag or if your in a mall/ shopping area bring a bag from another store (buy something small) to make it look like your just going on a spree
(for female lifters) I recommend push up bras with a crop/low neck top so that it’s easier to shove things in (and the store can’t legally search you if you get caught)
hoodies but it can be kinda obvious
stores to go to:
I recommend going to mini stores from a large chain because half of the time they have a scrawny security guard with 1 to 2 workers there and they won’t be able to stop you
uk stores:
boots
superdrug
primark especially
sephora (not as recommended)
urban outfitters
tkmaxx
brandy melville
(i live in london so if you’re in the uk and don’t have these stores sorry)
us stores:
sephora
ulta
brandy melville
tjmaxx
urban outfitters
hollister
good advice
oh yeah this was a good one. Just a regular mall crawl... I have too much underwear

i’m im a different state!! yk what that means…
I wish I had the guts to five finger things when I'm out of state. I don't know why but Im extra paranoid, even though I know I wont see anyone in that store ever again.
I think that I am starting to grow out of the habit of being a lifter I gave one of the convenience stores I used to frequent my number so I can get rewards when I buy things. (I regret it) But now I dont take anything from there, I havent stolen much in general lately. I like being able to buy my own things
update i stole mints from that store but that's the only thing since then
Yeah I lied I love that shop its so easy.
how do you get past metal censors? like the ones outside target or big companies bc i only steal from big companies
So metal detectors only go off when a security tag is detected. You can prevent that in a couple ways.
Remove the tag
probably the most simple method. Depending on the type of tag, you can just peel it off, or brute force that. But hardshell tags like the ones on clothing typically need more finesse. You can search up specific tutorials, but common methods of removal are with forks or credit cards. You could also get strong magnets, or security tag keys. Which is how workers remove tags. I prefer that method, its a GAME CHANGER and is soo much easier.
cover the tag.
tinfoil, mint tins, any tins. I like to use Altoid tins. when you put the tag inside the tin, the detector doesn't go off.
distance yourself from responsibility.
You could purposefully make the detector go off when you enter, so workers aren't surprised when it goes off again as your leaving. Or walk out at the time as a group of other people, resulting in workers not being sure who set of the alarm. These techniques help distance yourself from being held accountable.
If I missed anything feel free to add! hope this helps!!
hi!! im a baby lifter and i have a bunch of questions about concealing. 1st is how did u conceal that checkered journal? basically how do u conceal big things. and also if you take something and conceal it in a blind spot/changing room and the staff realises its missing they will just check the cams and see u took it and left without it. also its nowhere found in the store. how do they not catch you? tysm and happy roleplaying!!
Wow I'm not on this blog enough haha this is an old ask.
How did I conceal the checkered journal?
I did not, but if I did hypothetically I would put it into a large bag like a tote bag, or slip it into the back of my waist band and a tight shirt. (In a blind spot)
2. How do I get away with staff noticing me concealing?
This is SUCH a great question my answer will probably be controversial, considering I haven't been immersed in lift media online. It's just something I learn how to get better at with time. I would like to clarify I live in Appalachia, so not everything is brand new tech like in TX or NY. And it affects peoples behavior and suspicion of others. LOCATION MATTERS. But I don't think the workers are even pay that close attention to you, and if you are missing something you had before. That is not their job, its loss prevention's. They do not care enough to check security footage to see if somebody stole a keychain. (That can be a lot of footage to sort through!) but not being on footage in the first place helps a lot! fitting rooms are the HOLY GRAIL. I conceal a lot of stuff in there and I'm suprised how little they are talked about online. also learning blind spots in stores helps alott. but sometimes I just conceal infront of the camera. It's about being quick and leaving before they can catch you. Because once you're gone, there is really not much they can do especially if its not your area and people don't know you.
I really hope this helps you guys!! F LARGE BUSINESS

SUPER DISCREET TAG AT WALMART I WAS TOTALLY UNAWARE OF.
this was a w4lm4rt in myrtle beach I bought this notebook but when I was peeling off the sticker it kinda shocked me. I dont really lift there, so idk if this is typical but i just figured people should be aware
I peeled of the security tag so you can see how it looks on the back. Thoughts? be safe out there!
