Day 9nof #RealYouYoga id firefly pose! Ive never even tried to get into this pose until today! Honestly I got further along then I thought in 10 secs lol but it took 20 minutes of research first lol . . . . Sooo I am pleased to announce #RealYouYoga challenge which starts Jan 1- Jan 12.
