how do I explain that it's how I understand the world?

I see

        the fluttering melodies around me

                flowing through my veins

        past every      i n h a l e

            into every pore

                            entering my very essence

           intertwining itself with my soul

                with me

hear

        the colourful brush strokes of paint

feel

        the gentle caress of a soulful harmony

breathe

        the flow of my body as I launch it through the world

                  dancing as though

                  I was the movement

                                            the dance

                  I, my body, and the air, the movements,

                          were     one.

it soothes

       comforts

reaffirms my life

my soul

my existence

me
