Thank you all for the love, energy, and prayers! Luna's home and recovering. Things have been quite hectic these few months here in #NY! For about a month and half, food shopping almost became a challenge for survival. Many delivery services were booked for over a month and essentials almost became scarce. Hope everyone, everywhere stays safe and know your not alone!🙏 My sister @melonys_sewing_spot has been making masks😷 since the start and donating many to our local shops here as masks become scarce as well. Just started my new job at FedEx! Would have loved to work at an animal hospital again but I just needed something to get my mind off things quick so I took whatever came first😌 Maybe sometime in the near future I'll switch over to veterinary work and help the little ones in need again❤️🦮🐈🐇 Thanksgiving is coming up and my sis @melonys_sewing_spot , friends and I are thinking of making lots of food and giving to the homeless and those in need here in Long Island. Came into contact with these lovely people saving and breeding Endangered Rhinos from poachers😠 in South Africa!🦏 There are currently less than 30,000 in the world! @rhinofacts currently house 1734 Rhinos and providing 20000kg of supplementary feed daily due to a severe drought!😟 If you notice, the Rhinos horns are trimmed, and the reason for that is because poachers kill Rhinos and sell their horns at a very high price!😠 So they are trimmed to be less of Target for these mad men. This Friday... Yes Friday the 13th👻 My mom's body will be put to rest at Plainlawn Cemetery 279 West Old Country Road Hicksville, NY, USA. There will be a small service at the cemetery chapel for those who want to pay their respects. Keep in mind if anyone decides to go, she wanted everyone in there most comfortable clothes including pajamas, sweats etc NO exceptions. (Except probably the older crowd who won't change their tradition🙄.) This isn't a day to be sad and she didn't want anyone to be sad, angry, or have regrets. She suffered for a very long time and as much as I feel a certain guilt... I am also relieved that her long, hard and difficult journey is now over and she is at peace.
