The world is horrible, and scary. People will do you wrong, hurt your feelings and break your trust. But you’re not alone.

There might be no event at all, that makes you feel sad. But you’re still allowed to be sad.

For those who hide their feelings, and wear a mask during the day. You’re not alone.

For those who hide themself away and want to be isolated. You’re not alone.

For those who are to scared to leave the house, or talk to people, or do anything at all. You’re not alone.

For those who are feeling paranoid or hearing voices, or seeing hallucinations. You’re not alone.

For those who can’t pinpoint why the do what they do, or feel how they feel. You’re not alone.

It’s hard. Life is hard. But there are people out there that care.
