— to save a life

uh....i think i may move XIFEN to my multi because i can’t focus on so many blogs at once so . . . i’m gonna move her over there and archive this blog for the moment  .  maybe i’ll be back but feel free to just unfollow

            a quick look down to what she was wearing before she meets the stranger’s eyes again  ,  “  oh  !!  thank you so much  !!  ” xifen replies  ,  offering a smile  .  she hadn’t really been intending on wearing anything fancy  ,  but it would see her color scheme was quite nice today  .  “  i thought it’d fit the season  ,  ”  she explained, inspecting her sleeve  .  “  i’m glad you like it  !!  ”

            “  ah  ,  yes  !!  ”  xifen replies with a smile  ,  “  i had gotten some for my foyer a few days ago and it definitely brightened up the space quite a lot  !!  ”  she nods  ,  “  so i figured i’d come back here to get some for my clinic . . .  ”  she explains  ,  “  but i am having difficulty in finding one i think would work  .  i would hate to put them in an environment they won’t be able to thrive in  .  ”  she frowns  .  flowers can get stressed by the lack of proper care and environment  ,  this much she knew from tending to her own herbal garden  .  she can only assume that the knowledge raising medicinal fauna was nearly the same as raising flora  .  “  i was wondering if you had a suggestion  ,  ”

            “  apologies  ,  had i been staring  ??  ”  xifen stiffens at being addressed  .  she has been trying to figure out how to POLITELY tell the child that her face had crumbs of the snack she had been eating  .  rifling through her bag for some tissues  ,  she holds them out to the girl  .  “  you have something on your face  ,  ”  she explains  ,  “  and there are some on your collar  ,  ”  xifen points out  ,  “  may i  ??  ”  she asks  ,  hoping to help the other straighten up  .

            “  oh . . . my apologies  ,  ”  she said  ,  eyes flickering to the beverages in their hands  .  perhaps she should let him go first  .  but it seems as if he could use some help  ??  “  uh . . . uhm . . . do — do you need some help  ??  your hands seem quite full and it’d be a shame to have it all spill . . .  ”  she notes  .

            startled when she heard rustling  ,  much too large to be a forest animal that lived in the area  .  looking up from her spot  ,  she manages to catch a FLASH of unnatural colors and it was silent . . . before a human figure sits up and well  ,  she was too far to hear what he said  ;  though she was near enough to hear that something was said  .             standing from her spot  ,  she makes her way to the stranger . . . oh dear  ,  that arm doesn’t look too good  .  he seems confused and panicked  .  a lost hiker  .  he’s really far from the trail . . .             “  that doesn’t look so good  ,  ”  she begins  ,  brows furrowing as she surveys the other’s arm  before looking to what he fell into  .  “  you may have touched a bee . . .  ”  she comments  ,  holding a hand out as if to ask permission to touch  .  “  may  i  ??  ”  she asks  ,  “  i am a doctor  ,  ”  she reassures the male  .  well  ,  a type of doctor  .

            tea is usually what she serves her guests and patients  !!  it’s the only beverage she carries within her house  ,  but worry not  ,  she has a TON of variety  ;  from herbal to caffeinated  ,  she’s got it all  !!            tea is also usually how she administers her medical concoctions to her patients as it’s easy to steep and quick to make … unless it’s not something she can do so  ,  then it’s either ground to powder and swallowed with water or made into a soup … it really depends on what ailment she’s curing and what she is using  .            that being said  ,  xifen does enjoy making her own tea blends  !!  needless to say  ,  she has gotten teas from places she’s traveled to  (  like english breakfast and earl grey from england  )  and ones she’s made herself  .
