to put it briefly, li was tipsy. she could’ve gone home but jinki’s was much closer. one second she was exiting the club, next she found herself poorly maneuvering around his kitchen. the sudden emergence of light caused her to flinch as her eyes adjusted to the new setting. his scream caused a chain reaction as she jumped in return. though, once she realized what was happening she could only smile. maybe she was a little sadistic but his reaction forced the loudest laugh to blurt from her mouth. ❝ oh, my god; that was so funny. i’m sorry i knocked but the door opened so i just let myself in and then i ran into something. ❞ she looked over to jinki and noticed the bat behind him, ❝ what was the point of the bat if you didn’t even use it? ❞ she tried her best not to sound too judgmental as she asked.

late nights had become a usual thing for woosung – preferring to stay awake and do work that needed to be done rather than lose hours of his life sleeping. though tonight he really didn’t have all that much to do considering he got most of his work done the night prior – so he decided to take the bit of free time he gave himself and journey up to the roof. the doctor just liked the way the colors that the setting sun would paint across the sky and then fade into b l a c k – or something close to it. he stuck his hands deep in his pockets as he stood on the roof – the sounds of cars making their way home from a long day at work, then people coming out to play for the night filling the air. woosung patted the pack of cigarettes he kept with him at all times though it was really only there for when stress got a little too much. “not tonight.” he mumbled to himself, his voice barely audible. lifting his head up, he was about to head back to his office when he froze at the sound of another person walking towards him. “i don’t care how bad it is, i’m off for the night so just patch it up yourself and i’ll look at it tomorrow.”

li was on her way to the super market to buy some snacks when a sign perched at the 7-Eleven on the way caught her attention. buy one get one free. how could she ever deny that offer? though, she didn't realize the fault in her plan until the purchase was already made. she had no one to give the extra ice cream to.  she looked around and realized she was near the red lions headquarters. so, being the nice gang member she is, li decided to stop by. she figured she could offer the treat to the first person she saw, who just happened to be woosung. his words caught her off guard as she approached but she merely gave him a laugh. ❝ dang, that’s harsh ❞ she jokingly gave him a look before revealing the extra dessert in her hand, ❝ i just wanted to see if you wanted my extra Melona? ❞
