I'll eat up all of your lies!

“They are…” Curious on where she was going with this Plum soon suppress the laugh that threatened to escape him on her next words. Simply nodding to her he smiled. “I suppose that is true as well.”

The child’s excitement over the baked sweets only had the jeweler to let out a soft chuckle. “Well try and not to eat that many really, you might end up with a belly ache.” And he knew that was never a fun thing to have to say the least.

“Yes though most the time I fly to the top really, but walking can be nice to.” Smiling he offered his hand to her. “If you get tired of walking you can sit on my shoulders if you like.”

“Well we get to the top of the highest point here.” He pointed to tower that was a still among the ruins. “I usually stick around there to get a view of the scenery… it’s pretty nice.”

Smiling he watched as she took a bite from the cinnamon roll before taking a bite of his own, trying to not really laugh on how pure her reactions were on it all. Nodding to her words he soon responded. “They are, freshly baked ones are the best in my book. Not recently baked ones are a bit cold and not nearly a soft.”

A small giggle as Luu handed over the meat to Efi. Meat was yummy, more so when shared. 

This small angel would be happy to have some candy! Increase the children’s hyperactivity!

There was just no escaping this onversation, was there ? Dingo wondered if he’d be able to keep himself from just yelling at the kid. The way he squeezed her hand a little harder might betray how frustrated he felt.

“He can think whatever he wants. And I think what I want.” This simple logic made perfect sense to Dingo, while he could hardly understand anything the child was saying. “I dunno why you keep insisting … We’ll just figure it out when I actually meet him.”

There was something fishy about her story, leaving Dingo to wonder whether he really wanted to know or not. “I just hope you guys moved to another place … Can’t really stay in a room where fires suddenly start.”

“Uhh... so if you don’t think he’s a man, and he thinks he’s a man, and I think he’s a man, does that mean he’s a man or not?” Yeah sure, she felt the hand squeezing, but she’s a child full of questions she wanted to ask so she sure was gonna ask as much as she could. 

“Yeah, we had to, uh...” She can’t quite remember what Papa called it... book it? That kind of sounded right... 

“Um, uhhh, I was trying to find Papa... there was a big crowd, and I didn’t mean to let go of his hand, but I did and now I can’t find him...”

He smirked on her answer of how many. “A bouquet then huh? Now then let’s see..”

For a moment he fixed his sleeves and stretched for a little bit before seeming to repeat the same trick to her. Just like she asked there wasn’t a single flower this time, no… it was a whole lot of them, all tied together with a pink ribbon to keep them close.

“Ta-dah~”

She stared with wide eyes, trying her best to not miss the moment when the flowers would appear. Sleeves, stretch, and...

“Wow!!” So many pretty flowers!! And as is appropriate to do in this situation (she thought), she started to clap as loud as she could. Because she was paying lots of attention, but she still didn’t know how all those flowers appeared! And the other didn’t even have to look closely at her to know that she had a lot of sparkles in her eyes.
