First a disclaimer. I still continue to not support callout culture, and I won’t be reblogging the callout related to current events. This does not necessarily mean I support or encourage things generally addressed in callouts. It also doesn’t mean I don’t support addressing the issue of toxic people at all. I find a lot of toxicity and issues with callout culture specifically, and I have my own valid reasons for not supporting it. Please respect my stance instead of automatically labeling me a bad person for disagreeing with certain methods.

That being said... I was specifically a bullied party of the two individuals mentioned, and it is one of the reasons I have had very little activity on this blog (the other being I found a new fandom to be obsessed with, lol). It is relieving and comforting to see that other people have seen the toxicity I experienced and do not stand for it. I thought I was alone, and hardly anybody cared enough to see how they behaved, as that seems to be what usually happens. I thought they were too popular and controlled the community, so I backed away from the community. With them no longer in power, I feel a lot more welcomed on this blog and in the community, and it makes me more likely to consider greater activity here (my inconsistent moods for interest in muse/fandom aside).

All that to say I do rather regret not being as prolific or prompt with my RP replies, because I have quite a few threads/potentials that I am enjoying; thank you all for RPing them with me! And I do plan on eventually replying to the majority of them; I just thought I’d let everybody know I’m in a weird place of activity at the moment.

Also...I’m...in a pocket of hyper-fixation on the King of Despair after watching the first season of Blood Blockade Battlefront. Like. Part of me wants him as a muse, because headcanoning his lore sounds REALLY fun, but also I’ve got enough RP blogs I’m neglecting, and I haven’t even taken a single peek at how present/active/healthy the BBB tumblr RPC is, so. I’m probably just gonna obsess privately over Despair boy for a lil’ bit.

                        ‒‒‒‒‒‒‒‒‒‒‒‒‒‒‒‒  It    would    have    made    sense    for    Ouma    to    be    willing    to    take    that    plunge    if    he’d    known    that    it    wouldn’t    be    a    real    death,      but    this    still    doesn’t    add    up    to    Naegi’s    mind.    It’s  clever  of  him  to  refute  the  agent’s  logic  by  way  of  continuing  to  build  on  the  narrative,    but  it’s  still  a  change  of  story  from  what  he’s  already  said.    Naegi’s  mindset  causes  him  to  look  at  it  as  a  trial  than  a  judgement,      &    so  he  completely  misses  the  fact  that  Ouma’s  feeling  him  out  again.    

                            (    Such  is  the  way  he’s  been  trained  to  look  at  the  world  ;      it  can’t  be  helped.    )

It really does feel like another trial, and Naegi’s the detective this time, patiently unwinding all his frivolous lies one by one. And as in the trials, Ouma won’t hold on to them longer than they prove entertaining or useful. Still...
