The beauty about maturing women is that they often come to realise how little visuals matter in determing the worth of a person, ourselves included. Self-confidence and body positivity doesn’t depend on how we look, nor our age - it depends on how we are willing to look at ourselves! That’s a lesson mature women can and should teach our little girls: it doesn’t matter what you look like, but it does matter how you see yourself!
