having low empathy doesn't make you a bad person. you can be a compassionate human being with a strong sense of justice and very little empathy. You can have a strong moral core with a strong sense of your internal values, be able to consider all sides of a situation, and never be able to feel what that other person is feeling. You can understand why someone is hurt/angry/whatever and be able to do what you can to ease the situation and never resonate with their feelings. Low empathy does not equal evil.

autism is living by vampire rules. light sensitivity. eating the wrong food makes you want to die. need to be explicitly invited places. weird sleep schedule. eating the same thing every time. specific rituals and routines. burst into flames at the sight of a crucifix. etc.
