Clarity is power

A lot of us are operating like our life is on iTunes shuffle and forgetting we can just simply change the channel to a better tune we enjoy. . Whenever my energy is in a funky place, I know it’s a sign to slow down, realign, and choose again. I know my health and well-being comes first so I’ve learned over the years when I suddenly find myself anxious or fearful, it’s a sign from my body to slow down and reassess. . But first I ask myself: what is this fear here to teach me? .

A lot of times when we’re experiencing funkiness it’s actually a blessing in disguise unearthing what you actually desire and crave to heal. .

Until you unearth that, it will just keep showing up in other ways. But honestly when my energy is in a funky place it’s also a sign to stop, drop and do an alignment practice.

as if my energy is saying “woah girl It’s time to get present again and get off the time traveling rollercoaster” .

It’s actually When we Make the choice to get present, realign, recalibrate with meditation, a light bath, a yoga practice, a movement break or anything that brings you joy, that’s when you begin to shift your energy and heal. You stop giving it power over you. You deactivate the fear, the emotional charge and neutralize. In that process we see we are always enough .
