If you are not firmly on the side of need-based feminist support rather than gender-based support, you are on the side of killing transmascs.

The default position of the patriarchy is to harm, torture, and kill transmascs while isolating them from the support they need.

If you are not firmly against it, and you do not demand an explanation for why a 'fund to end period poverty' refuses to help trans men, you are complicit. You are working within the system exactly as it was designed.

Nobody should ever be killed for being seen as a "girl dishonouring her household." Furthermore, nobody should have to choose between falling victim to that fate and detransitioning.

Support groups, funds, and havens should be based on material reality, not the labels with which one identifies.

Right because 'all men' are regularly referred to as 'cunts'. All men are infantilised and reduced to a genitalia that only a very small and very marginalised amount of men have.

People definitely get mad at those they call 'little boys' and 'cunts' because they think they're punching up.

Until there is no such thing as female infanticide, until those assumed to be girls are never underfed, until there is no disparity in early childhood education between assumed girls and assumed boys, until there is no misogynistic law on inheritance, property, until there is no forced marriage, no burden on the children assumed to be girls to raise their siblings, until there is no more mistreatment of young children for no other reason than their assumed girlhood..

I will not say equality has been reached.

These barriers affecting half of the trans community cannot be ignored until they no longer exist.

Transmasculine liberation is not achieved only through fighting transphobia, but addressing this system and understanding the blind spot where transmascs so often fall through the cracks.

I often talk about the rage/humour and shock of it, but I don't think I talk that often about the really really deep hurt. I vividly remember logging off a few times and wanting to kill/hurt myself and just hope I was reborn in an easier place.

This is genuinely some of our only connection to the outside world. Like we don't get to 'touch grass' because this is our only impression of our brothers on the other side of the world.

It feels so invisible. Like they've all moved on without you and you're nothing but an inconvenient thing to brush over.
