hii first of all i love your ryomina art thank you so much for sharing it!!! i just saw your ryomina only haul and wanted to ask since im going to be in tokyo in the final months of the year if you knew of any more ryomina events coming up?? or even just places to buy fan merch or doujins?? thank you!!
Ryomina only happened because it was voted in to the event, so you'll have to just keep an eye out for any doujin events around the time you go and check out the catalogue to see if it ineterests you...! As for fan merch, there's no real stores besides secondhand shops. If you're going to be there for a long time, i recommend maybe planning out ordering stuff off of BOOTH and getting it mailed to your stay-place. If you can't do that, there's address drop off services like PackCity Japan!
As for doujin places, i've only gone to Mandarake at Sunshine City Mall/Nakano Broadway and i wiped out most of the P3 section...🥲 But still go check since in the time until you go, maybe more will appear? There's MANY Mandarakes within the Sunshine/Nakano that specialise on different things (manga, doujins, figures, etc.) so prepare a day or two of just browsing each one!! But i recommend checking out BOOK OFF and other Mandarake locations! If i think of anything more, i'll update this reply.
Also if you want official merch, there's the SEGA store in Shibuya (floor 6!! don't be me searching for half an hour🤣), and the animate store in Ikebukuro (floor 5 against the wall!) also has quite a selection. I rec checking out SEGA store first since they actively keep in stock, but Ikebukuro carries more collab stuff.
Make sure to keep an eye out as well for future collabs that align with your trip!! Make sure you wake up early to get first dibs😭 When i went for the Lawson collab at 10a, most of it was already wiped🥲 i recommend for these type of things of going more outskirt, like to the Nerima/Egota area.... more residentially areas you'll have slightly more luck.

Dark Gathering AU (p6-8) talk under cut~
AU inspired from the anime "Dark Gathering" (super scary but super good!!!). Senpai Minato is kouhai Ryoji's tutor (doesn't need it, just wanted a friend) who ends up in the crossfire of dark, powerful families. The Mochizuki clan are highly proficient necromancers and are known for being invulnerable, thus naturally stand above all other magick families. Minato being the one weakness that recently appeared is killed to force Ryoji to open the Gates of Hades, where undoubtedly he'd do after Minato's death to bring him back somehow. Ryoji attaches Minato's soul to special hand-crafted and alchemised doll, and there Minato learns of Ryoji's full life as ancient line of necromancers who protect the borderline of life and death; taking on the title "Thanatos". If you watched Dark Gathering, they go through similar horrors of handling Ryoji's spiritual responsibilities while trying find a lead on their culprit, but they're silly and lovey dovey most of the time so it's fine??
Everyone thinks Ryoji went crazy after Minato's death by carrying a doll of him that he dresses up in strange outfits everywhere... The outfits are actually requested by Minato, then are carefully handmade with magical materials by Ryoji. When Ryoji is older, people who don't know the story behind the doll think he's just a pervert🥲 Not sure if the story should end with Ryoji willingly becomes a little doll himself to more or less be immortal with his love, or if he ends up powerful enough to use the culprit's life to create Minato a full homunculus body🤔
