They were trembling so hard from the freezing rain and wind…

The water flooded our entire place until my kids collapsed from the cold and drowning rain.

I screamed for help… begging the ambulance to come.

🚑 They were rushed to the hospital, soaked, shaking, and barely able to stand.

It’s a moment I will never forget. 😭❄️

The storm hit us with no mercy—

The rain smashed our tent…

The wind tore it apart…

And the water swallowed everything we own.

Our blankets, our clothes, our food… even my children’s small bodies were underwater.

And while I was trying to lift them from the flood,

we suddenly heard the army nearby,

and the sound of gunfire cutting through the night.

The bullets passed above us while my kids cried—

not knowing if they were shaking from the cold, the water, or the fear. 💔🥺

And on top of all this… the hunger is destroying them.

My children’s stomachs are empty…

My youngest cries from the pain,

another screams from the cold,

and the others hide from the sound of gunfire.

I have no food… no shelter… nothing dry left.

standing between rain, wind, flooding, hunger, and gunfire

with children who can’t endure a moment more. 😭💦
