What a whirlwind weekend it was in Norfolk, VA! in middle of all the Bar Mitzvah functions, we snuck in an intimate, two hour - of course, surprise - celebration marking my parents 40th anniversary and honoring the legendary couple they are! May their marriage continue to inspire their family and friends for many years to come!

After weeks of planning and arranging, Aidel and travelled all the way to Norfolk, VA to surprise my parents, family and this guy, our nephew, Sholom Brashevitzky, in honor of his Bar Mitzvah! Shabbat Shalom and Mazal Tov! (at Chabad of Tidewater)

Six years ago today, I got off the plane at Ben Gurion Airport and my life changed forever. That's SIX years in Israel today. We've definitely come a pretty long way since then.
