Age regression has gotta be one of the cutest things in the world. Like, what do you MEAN your brain can and will become baby. That's adorable, and I'm tired of pretending it's not.
I may lose friends or followers period but Age regression isn’t a choice. It’s a trauma response a lot of the time. For me it is, I had something happen in my teenage years and clinically I was diagnosed with having years ago. I felt weird because people would look at me different. But now that I have an amazing husband and someone who understands me and is having me embrace myself, I do age regress. Sometimes when I’m really happy I do and I’ll get giggly and want to do “little” things and I’ve been compared to that of a 3-5 year old. Sometimes when I get scared or anxious I’ll go non verbal, need my emotional support stuffie, need cuddles and extra support. I struggle with a lot of things that a typical 28 year old wouldn’t, but all in all……I guess people are starting to see it’s not the same as age play and it’s not a choice.
