This is a somewhat secret blog for age regression and diaper related content, since I'm a bit of a jitterbug when it comes to people finding out about this side of me right now.

I'm an age regressor, strictly non-sexual involving my regression. My little age is around 0-5yo, very small and tiny preferably. I love all things baby, to me at least, so a lot of my art and writing may include some maybe uncomfortable topics like ; diapers, diaper changes, nursing, & non-sexual nudity. 🐕 when did you regress for the first time? or was there not really a first time but small little moments?

It was a lot of small moments, to be honest. Back when I was around 9 or 10, I remember being very into "turning into a baby" things. It was very comforting, so I guess it was kinda dreaming? but first memory XD

🍓 a drink or snack you connect with regression

Strawberry milk, specifically. But other than that, fish sticks and mac n cheese. It's always really good. Honorary mention ; caldo de pollo. It's so comforting, I always go a bit tiny when I have it

🧦 if you could spend your dream little day, what would it look like? money, time, location etc don't matter, it's your absolute perfect day!!

I have a lot, but I'm not very picky. I guess right now, my dream day would be me and papa setting up a pool in the shade during the morning and then swimming and playing in it through the day until lunch and naptime, and then either continuing or staying inside with papa for a bit.

🐚 what's something you wish you could tell your regressed self / what's something you need to hear about regression?

There's no box of expectations, no place you have to sit in. You don't have to be "cute" or "really small" or "pure and happy" or "upset and sad". You don't have to restrict your own comfort to fit into a box, you don't have to silence yourself to either. You can just exist, and that's all that should be asked of you and your personality, regressed or not.

🌾 your favourite place and time to regress (if you do it voluntarily)

With my papa. No real place. In the store, in his room, in the car, in my room, in the restaurant. He always makes me feel so safe and happy, and I wouldn't leave him for anything in the world. <3

🐛 a piece of media (book, song, movie...) you connect with regression

Well, i dunno if this counts, but liminal spaces. My regression is hugely liminal space centric, and anything liminal space or backrooms (horror or not) is very close linked to regression for me. My favourite of it being any abandoned or almost barren looking daycares or nurseries.

🌷 what would you tell someone who's new to regression?

Don't pay attention to the depictions in online spaces. They're very curated, and very centric towards only one type. Do your own thing, and make yourself happy, even if that does look like the online spaces or not.

🍊 do you prefer regressing alone or with others? can you do both or does only one work for you?

I'm scared to around others, but I dream of regressing with my sisters and friends. I'd love to have a daycare or similar space of just us little ones and caregiver daycare attendants.

🦔 what does regression feel or look like to you personally?

I'm the same person, just small. I mean, I have the same interests, the same thoughts, laugh at the same jokes, and so forth. I just feel a little smaller, or feel so small thoughts are kinda rare, but they're still mirrored versions of my "big" ones. And the only "huge" change is my anxiety is a lot less intense.

💫 in what way has regression made your life better?

I feel less stressed, on the day to day, and I've found something and people that i genuinely enjoy. I get to get my childhood back, but it's not even really that either. it's me getting to be the little boy I never really got to be, and it makes me feel more whole.

🦢 do you struggle with embarrassment or shame about regression? what do you think could help people who do?

I do, a lot. It's less of "regressing is weird!" and more of a deep rooted part of my brain that's scared to be annoying, take up space, and really, well, exist as myself. It's also very connected to me being hyper-independent growing up, so regressing and showing that vulnerability 1 on 1 is... scary. It's also why I might post like I'm tiny, or send asks being freely small, but in DMs, I'm masking very hard. The posts and asks feel like an extra layer, and showing being small openly in DMs feels threatening.

As for advice ; Do your best not to get caught up in your anxieties and fears. This is normal, even people who find what we do weird likely do it themself, just differently. Feeling younger than you are is all age regression is, and everyone experiences that somehow, our posts and art just typically show it differently because some people feel it more strongly. It's not abnormal, it's just rare to see admitted. That's all.

🧃do you have any gear for regression? it doesn't have to be typical (like a paci, colouring books, diapers...), just things that make regression easier for you

Ohh, yess !!! Tons of pacis and toys, and some cloth diapers, and some onesies! My room is also very childish, but I'm just a childish person, so it's both for regression and not.

I've had a headache all day, and it's just reminding me of how much i miss closing my eyes when I'm home. That absence of one sense so my mind can focus on the others, make it so I'm not overwhelmed by the colors or things trying to get my attention.

I always did it when I was home alone, or everyone else was asleep, but I can't do that where I am because I don't feel safe enough to, only really around my papa which I got to do this morning. I got to lean against him with my eyes closed, and hear him talk.
