last night i laid down and meditated, kind of got into the void and asked myself "what can i do to shift?" my answer came to me in a visual i didn't force, it just came to me as someone holding a journal and on that journal were four steps written:

so i tried that and i didn't shift last night but what DID happen was when i said "i can follow myself home" i felt super tingly and floaty i'm definitely trying again soon

i don't know why i always procrastinate shifting during the day when i have nothing on my plate. maybe it's adhd or maybe it's something else.... like i always just resort to scripting for the dr i want to shift to instead of just.... going.
