Where does it take place? IDFK (again) probably fucking massachuttes

Whats it about? Well, It's about a group of victorian english men who live in the states. They like to host masked parties like most did during this period how ever these 'parties' we more of a satanic gathering, the word 'party' was supposed to lure people into them so they can be used as sacrifes! The whole point of these blood rituals was to be granted immortality (credits to @derpidydooo for the idea) however it doesn't go as planned more like they were the actual sacrifes dying in a 'final dance with death'
