I don’t think i can ever really get white people to understand what its like being the only black / brown person being constantly surrounded by white bodies

In my new unit I’m one of 3 white guys in my company…I have no prob with them because they’re all solid dudes…what’s so hard about judging people of their actions and not their skin color?
