I’ve already noticed a HUGE drop in notes and followers for myself on my art blog and I know other artists are suffering in the same way.

Look, I know some people have been apparently guilting people to reblog or “asking too much” for people to reblog their things but; it’s actually more important than ever now because Tumblr has cut me and other artists off almost completely from big potential audiences who track certain tags.

I’ve been on Tumblr since 2009 and no other update that I can remember has hurt me as an artist more than this…

This update has just been awful for me and a lot of artists and knowing there’s a movement to try to convince people NOT to reblog is really really tough. I found so many artists thru tracked tags I can’t even imagine how many people found me thru them as well.

But now it’s basically all up to reblogs to spread what you like and help give an artist more exposure– especially for NSFW artists like myself. So please, if you can or want to, please reblog art you see from artists you like to any respective blog you want.
