lida is largely a fine and grounded character but even on my very first playthrough i didnt like how she bowled over naveens insistence on privacy near the beginning of the game. she had no right to demand he tell you his tragic backstory, and her "were all on the same team" excuse is a lousy one.
honestly naveen represents a problem that ive seen in media before, where a standoffish character has their boundaries repeatedly trodden on when really all they want is personal privacy and autonomy. i dont demand my friends tell me every detail of their personal lives; i dont even expect it.
its possible that the whole idea was to portray lida as someone who can accidentally overstep peoples boundaries when over-excited, but its definitely not something i personally enjoyed seeing. its why i cant fully enjoy lida like so many other people can; that tiny exchange really rubbed me the wrong way and made me not trust her.
