But it’s not in the slightest used for marketing or anything of the sort. Tony is the only one with the password and every video uploaded is tony going through how to use that machine.
Someone can’t figure out how to empty their damn fancy vacuum and they look up the model on youtube to figure it out, and are greeted by the CEO of the company doing a WILDLY informal tutorial on how to use it and common issues and such.
The videos are often shot by DUM-E or U. Tony often looks very disheveled, and sometimes there’s unrevealed projects just sitting out in the background. Tony acts like he’s talking to an audience of five people and usually there’s five or six videos uploaded back to back, CLEARLY shot in one sitting.
(Tony likes doing them because it’s a very simple way to ease the “Tony stark dead at ___” headlines without doing a damn press conference. The videos also make people a bit less intimidated by him, and he rarely gets to interact with his creations in an authentic way with an audience.)
SOOOO fucking accurate oh my god. the comments are just FLOODED with people posting timestamps to like the WORST fails or screenshots as something blows up. or those split png memes where its a clip before when the suns out and he looks moderately well dressed and then the other side is him all disheveled and angry over something as small as a toaster 💀

GOD, I have been so fixated on the MCU and my MCU DR in general and I NEED to make more moots who also love Marvel and everything!!! Anyway, below this little intro-yap, I'm gonna drop various information blips of my DR so questions can be prompted for me because yes, I am going to farm interaction and y'all can't do nothin about it.

- Me and my mom are part alien! My mom's dad crash-landed on Earth and got into a relationship with a human woman-- my grandmother. They settled down and had my mom. Our alien form is much more akin to mammals rather than typical MCU/Comic aliens. The closest creature in this reality I've found that matches ours is the Chimera! We have grand gold wings and horns along with ears and tails that represent something similar to a snow leopard. We also have a couple powers and abilities thanks to our features-- aside from the obvious being flight.
- Tony Stark is my biological dad, lol. Very easy to tell with the way I act if you know me. However, there is more to my family-- I have an older sibling who was born two years before me. Below is a family portrait I commissioned the aforementioned older sibling to draw. Pepper always fights to get us to wear clothes that are actually appropriate for business-type things. We all attempt to, though dad is by-far the worst. Mom will always comply with Pep, but dad often convinces her to wear these shitty, ugly knee-high socks.
- Aside from my biological family, I have a couple connections outside of them. Peter Parker is a secret cousin on Tony's side -- one from a sibling that dad never knew about. Thanks, Howard. Uncle Rhodes is amazing, though he got worse as me and Roa (older sibling) hit our teen years. To be fair, it was easier to handle us when we weren't able to be powered up. Natasha ended up being a secondary mom figure to me and Roa, though she wasn't trying to replace mom at all. Just someone who could step in while the whole IM2 stuff was happening. She is also happily bisexual and dating our local lesbian queen Pepper.
- Steve was not liked by me, nor my sibling, for literal years. And, since we couldn't actually harm him without someone getting in trouble-- mutants hurting America's sweetheart would not be a good look-- he suffered terrible pranks. Read text thread below to understand our awful minds.
- Last tidbit,y suit is designed like a spider-son despite the fact I have no spider powers! Our New York has multiple spider-heroes crawling around and saving the day, them all being related to me in some way, and I felt left out because I wanted to be spider-like too. Roa eventually worked with dad to make me a suit that could support my disability, my mutation's powers, and made me spider-like. (Note that the suit is currently going under a small redesign because it was made before we figured out the whole... part alien bit. But! It has everything that gives a general idea!)

-> i love how warm i am. like, not just keeping myself warm, but i like how i can warm up others. normally people are kinda shakey and scared when i'm saving them, so the ability to be able to be a warm presence to ground them makes me happy
