i love calling kids “it” it’s my toxic trait
every time i think well maybe im nonbinary i think well if i was i would still use he/him and still take t and get surgery and refer to myself as a man and want to be perceived as a man and live as a man and think of myself as a man and it’s like ok so you’re probably not nonbinary
nonbinary hatred is so bad my friend who identifies neither as a man or a woman and who uses they/them pronouns had a knee jerk negative reaction when i called them nonbinary. and like i wont call them that if they don’t want but last time i checked “nonbinary” just meant Not binary. like im not describing your gender to you other than what you told me which is that you are neither a man nor woman
you can’t be cool it’s just not possible

my unpopular opinion is that you shouldn’t call yourself a slur unless you have actually personally been called that in real life not as a joke
phone addiction is absurd bc it’s like ah yes perhaps one more visit to the rectangle of no enrichment or fulfillment will finally enrich and fulfill me
let’s all be nonbinary together (remembers i’m not actually nonbinary) you all should be nonbinary together
Sometimes I wonder if that demographic of ostensibly "binary" trans people who get weird about it when grouped as Actually being the same gender as their cis counterparts (usually men) are like. Literally just nonbinary and repressed about it. How many complicated tboys talking about "but I'm not REALLY a MAN man" would be better off just, putting a word to that experience instead of trying to stretch definitions and other people's boundaries etc etc to include "men who aren't really men but they are real men just not *cis* men" like Dude ...
Like the conversation tends to revolve around the idea that these guys Are binary men who are just Being Weird About It but honestly like. Putting aside the "you're gonna have to contend with what Being A Man means as a trans guy" while that is true. If you really truly feel like you're a secret third thing. You don't have to call yourself a man. You can be a secret third thing. Being nonbinary is Allowed
Does anybody else remember Nonbinary. I fear the mean little boys of the late 2010s truscum discourse era won that war & a lot of trans people present as more strictly binary than they are for the sake of Validity. But then you get a bunch of people talking like That. And it makes me think. How many of you got bullied back into the closet and/or came out circa 2020 after all of that and think nonbinary is when a cis woman has pronouns ... and then you get other Actually Binary trans people yelling at you about third-gendering them when you make sweeping statements about this feeling that's Not Universal
yes that’s so cute!!!!!!!! but i disagree

Take that's probably gonna get me yelled at: I'd be really interested to see how many trans men would still identify with queer womanhood if the word "lesbian" didn't exist. Like if they had to call themselves "gay women" or something like that. Because I, for one, have never seen a trans women who doesn't hate herself identify with the label of "man," gay or otherwise. I just feel like "lesbian" is seen as linguistically flexible enough to accommodate the men who want to make it theirs.
1) If you're going to use quotation marks, don't alter my words in them. It's dishonest.
2) I never claimed to know shit about anyone's gender.
3) That's not what exorsexism is. I'm not talking about nonbinary identities. I'm talking about trans men. Using that as a gotcha kind of makes it sound like you think trans men aren't men. Which you don't think, obviously, because that's pretty blatant transphobia.
4) Again. Not talking about butches, who I specifically said can be masc. That includes transmasculine butches. Not the same thing as men.
5) That history is exactly what we're talking about here. Historically, trans women have been excluded from lesbianism (an orientation based around attraction to women and non-men by women and non-men) and trans men have been included. Do you think, perhaps, it might be a little bit of a problem if people who specifically identify as men are welcome in lesbian spaces while a certain type of woman is excluded? Have I painstakingly explained myself well enough for you to listen to what a woman has to say about her own community and identity, or are you just going to continue putting words in her mouth?
90% of the time when someone's like "i they/them everyone i see :)" they rarely actually do that. they just they/them the people they think "look trans"
