Sometimes I open my drawing program and, in some feat of muscle memory, draw one of the anime dogs I was obsessed with as a teen. I still have tons of graphics and fanart and drawings of people’s OCs on my old hard drive.

I’m still trying to figure out if I have a design for the TAZ Balance characters. The answer is maybe? I was very influenced by the trailer.

I got peer-pressured into reading Beastars...

It’s been almost a year since the gorgeous @taztrailer premiered. There is so much variety in fan designs, but these hold a special place in my heart. I wish I saw more fanart of them! I’m not terribly creative, so here’s THB hanging around a cave or something in the trailer’s style. Thanks to the trailer team for their gorgeous work, which I always show to people who are on the fence about starting TAZ! Edit: this came out way darker than I intended. If I could redo this I would take the shadows on Merle and Magnus lighter so they were more visible.

Drew some Magnuses today. Not my usual thought for his design, but I decided to play with some Fandom Averages along with the comic book design.

@onlydogsonthemoon I literally just played a run-through of Emerald where I gave my pokemon TAZ names. Hopefully it's obvious who's who ;)

The canine creations of @onlydogsonthemoon hit my “Must Draw Dogs” funnybone. These pups are from various points in the story- in particular I wanted to draw a graying Lucretia.
